They said we didn't have your number so they lost it. I asked why the estimate was so off they replied happens all the time. So my 3 month old car needs 5k. Warranty doesn't matter. The service manager tried to charge me $175 for the estimate. This is the worst place in North Dakota to get a car. Save yourself time and go anywhere else. Service manager is real scumbag. Cursed at me while leaving. Please just don't go here. If you need a car go to Chevy of Mandan much better people over there.

Does this look like they undercoated it to the reasonable person? Or anyone?!?! What a joke. I was definitely scammed. They take a spray can and spray 3 strips of 2 ft long areas under the cab. Please be advised if you have ever gotten undercoating from them, you likely don't have any coating to protect your vehicle. Extremely upset and disappointed. Went in for an oil change. Service advisor claimed that my power steering went out when the…read moretechnician was pulling my truck out of the service bay. He said their "top" tech was going to put the analyzer on it. They said it needed a new rack that was going to cost $4,400.00 He couldn't tell me what the labor was going to cost. While I was stuck there, I looked online and the most common cause for this problem was a blown fuse. I went to ask if they had checked the fuse. He said they did and that was the problem. Great. What could a 10amp fuse cost? Well, they charged $48 for a $1.50 fuse and then added another $360 for labor to find out what they screwed up and to install the fuse. I went in expecting to pay $200 for an oil change. (They charged $295 for an oil change) and added over $400.00 for the fuse fiasco so I had to pay $700.00 to get out of there. I felt like the victim of a robbery when I left. I would never consider doing business (getting robbed) by them again and I recommend you avoid this place at all costs.
