We replaced an AC condenser in April and it died in August. The replacement part came from NAPA Auto in Mandan. Seems the GM part was unavailable. Seems as a Customer, I was to know that NAPA would not warrant this particular part if the AC system had not been flushed. We have spent thousands in repairs with them. They have done a LOT of good work for us over the years. While they offered to discount this repair, we simply cannot afford another $1,000 repair bill for this vehicle. If you care about your vehicle not having issues after spending your hard-earned money, insist on ONLY genuine GM parts. I sure wish we had.

Got it back in June and on June 22 same thing. They have had it since. No loaner or rental provided except for about 10 days or less the first time. We have bought numerous vehicles from Eide in the last 4 years brand new. We bought this for a cross country trip in July that has been planned for a year. Nobody seems to care at Kia corporate down to Kia Mandan. Now saying it's a spark plug. If we get it back, I will not have peace of mind for our family driving 5,000 miles. Obviously, it is a lemon but nobody seems to care that l'm making my payments still and paying insurance on a brand new vehicle that I can't drive!! Kia corporate at a minimum takes 6 weeks to look at complaint. Next stop BBB

They said we didn't have your number so they lost it. I asked why the estimate was so off they replied happens all the time. So my 3 month old car needs 5k. Warranty doesn't matter. The service manager tried to charge me $175 for the estimate. This is the worst place in North Dakota to get a car. Save yourself time and go anywhere else. Service manager is real scumbag. Cursed at me while leaving. Please just don't go here. If you need a car go to Chevy of Mandan much better people over there.

Does this look like they undercoated it to the reasonable person? Or anyone?!?! What a joke. I was definitely scammed. They take a spray can and spray 3 strips of 2 ft long areas under the cab. Please be advised if you have ever gotten undercoating from them, you likely don't have any coating to protect your vehicle. Extremely upset and disappointed. These pictures are taken after it was "done"!

He said their "top" tech was going to put the analyzer on it. They said it needed a new rack that was going to cost $4,400.00 He couldn't tell me what the labor was going to cost. While I was stuck there, I looked online and the most common cause for this problem was a blown fuse. I went to ask if they had checked the fuse. He said they did and that was the problem. Great. What could a 10amp fuse cost? Well, they charged $48 for a $1.50 fuse and then added another $360 for labor to find out what they screwed up and to install the fuse. I went in expecting to pay $200 for an oil change. (They charged $295 for an oil change) and added over $400.00 for the fuse fiasco so I had to pay $700.00 to get out of there. I felt like the victim of a robbery when I left. I would never consider doing business (getting robbed) by them again and I recommend you avoid this place at all costs.
