The service manager tried to charge me $175 for the estimate. This is the worst place in North Dakota to get a car. Save yourself time and go anywhere else. Service manager is real scumbag. Cursed at me while leaving. Please just don't go here. If you need a car go to Chevy of Mandan much better people over there.

Nobody seems to care at Kia corporate down to Kia Mandan. Now saying it's a spark plug. If we get it back, I will not have peace of mind for our family driving 5,000 miles. Please be advised if you have ever gotten undercoating from them, you likely don't have any coating to protect your vehicle. Extremely upset and disappointed. Hit a deer and my local guy was having trouble with the sensors for my cruise. Got there and they told me they would not work with my insurance. They would not give me a quote to give to my insurance to approve ahead of the repair. Have 3 Hondas at home and I will not be coming back here for service! Guy was very condescending.
