My favorite experience involved a pesky mouse problem we had in our kitchen...a lesser exterminator probably would have just kept putting down more traps and more poison. BioTech explained that you can and should seal off your kitchen so there are no holes large enough for a mouse to enter. They did this, but we kept seeing the mouse. They kept coming back (probably 5-6 times) at no extra charge, each time searching and finding an additional entry point. Eventually, they got them all, and we've never had a mouse since!
