Toronto CityPASS

If you're looking to do popular tourist attractions, consider CityPass as an alternative to visit 4…read moreattractions. I believe they used to have 5 attractions, but now, it is now only allowing you to choose 1 of 2 for the fourth attraction (Science center or Zoo). As far as the other attractions go, I really enjoyed 2 of them (CN Tower, and Museum of Modern Arts). The attraction selection isn't the best I've experienced vs. the GoCard, which also allows you to select from premium attractions. It's too bad they don't have that offered in Toronto. Pros: You can skip the ticket lines if you download the app or save the QR code in your email. This is a huge plus as you'll be saving time waiting. There are 9 days for you to use the pass once you initiate it on your first visit so there is plenty of time to strategically plan out your itinerary. Cons: The selection of the attractions aren't that amazing. I really would have like to visit the Hockey center or watch a Bluejays baseball game. You can't re-enter on the same day either.

My group bought the Toronto CityPASS® hoping for a smooth, enjoyable experience -- but it turned into one of the worst travel hassles I've had. We planned to use City Cruises Toronto, only to be turned away by the boat captain at the dock after initially being told we could board. There was no explanation -- just public embarrassment and wasted time. We spent extra money on Ubers to get to and from the cruise, only to be left stranded. I called CityPASS® customer service immediately, and their representative specifically advised us not to use the final attraction on our pass so we could request a refund. We did exactly what they told us to do in good faith. Despite this, CityPASS® only refunded $16.99 -- the portion for the cruise -- and refused to honor a refund for the unused ticket they explicitly told us to skip. So not only did we lose money, but our time and vacation plans were completely disrupted. Their refund policy clearly states unused tickets are fully refundable within 365 days, but apparently, they don't stand by this when it actually matters. Customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful -- just copy-pasted responses with no real effort to resolve the issue fairly. I won't use CityPASS® again, and I'd caution other travelers to think twice -- especially if you want a company that will stand by its policies and treat customers respectfully when plans go wrong through no fault of your own.

My wife also complained about the sound system before, that if you are sitting under the doom, the sound wave sometimes could make you feel uncomfortable.

Great sound, stage, lights, pyros... always. Cons: The place is an overpriced DUMP. It's a maze to find your seats which are small and hard plastic. You'd think with having to sell a kidney for a drink and snack the bathrooms wouldn't be such an outdated dilapidated biohazard with no soap of tp EVER. When I say biohazard I don't take that lightly you have nothing to wipe with, human everything is everywhere, nothing to wash your hands with, and I almost got stabbed in the arm by a used needle someone left in the female sanitary bin facing up with no cap and there's no lid on the bin to close. THANK GOD I LOOKED! I always bring wet wipes, sanitizing hand wipes, hand sanitizer, hold it as long as possible, and just pray. Sad state of affairs. The parking lot is a huge field full of holes and mud that takes hours to get out with zero staff direction or intervention. DO BETTER! It's been so bad that after the last concert (performers were amazing) I'm going to start skipping this venue more and just see bands in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and other places every more than I already have been. Almost getting stabbed with a dirty needle in a 1980s filthy bathroom is unacceptable.

I think Barbie is great, and I may never find another Gallagher. I mean, Gal like her…read more I've used several print shops in Buffalo, mostly regarding my albums and promotional materials as a musician and mostly a while ago. Of all of the ones I used, this would be the one that I would send other people to. It's closer to fancy suburbs, but they give you top notch big city service along with countryside, middle of nowhere pricing. It's not dirt cheap, but it's cheaper than some places with corporate values and pretty bad service. And they're not nearly as judgy as some of the other printing services in the area, who found some of the things that I was printing questionable when they're really not questionable at all 9and we live in America). In any case, this is where I would go next time I needed something printed in the Buffalo area, which hopefully will be sooner rather than later.

A very bitter sweet experience with this company. I decided to go with a local business for my new…read morebusiness cards. I have design experience and sent them my custom design and was sent back a beautiful digital proof exactly as I had designed it. On the back of the card was a QR code that scanned from my phone and many of my friends phones successfully on both my original design and on the proof. When I received my printed cards, to my disappointment, the QR code did not scan. Calling back Gallagher printing they told me that my QR code was "not a true black" and this was the reason it wasn't scanning. The QR code was in fact a gradient, however the proof they sent me containing a gradient from my original design scanned with no issues on several makes and models of phones. They instructed me to send them a QR code in all black and they would be able to correct the issue. I did, and about a week later received a call that my corrected cards were ready. When I went to pick up the cards I was informed that I need to pay a fee on top of my original charge because I had made a mistake in my design. I expressed my dismay but ultimately felt they would not let me leave with the cards without payment. I'm very happy with the end result but very unhappy I was charged for an error they had made. Why does my proof work perfectly but my actual print not match. And if they knew this to be the case, why did they not inform me prior to printing. At that point there is no reason to send a proof. As well the company is basically telling me they are incapable of reproducing their proofs correctly which can only mean more of these issues will occur with future customers. I'm a little disappointed at the lack of Yelp reviews for this business because I feel this will go overlooked. In all, great cards, god awful customer service with a poor attitude towards the customer. Was treated like this issue was my fault from the start when I clearly know it's not. I'm hoping anyone at the company reading this has more of a mind geared towards repeat customers and customer satisfaction. Please don't treat your customers like I was.
