The reason I'm docking a star was because when I used this place to print my business cards, the card stock was not as strong and thick as I would have liked, but still way better then places (and cheaper) then places like Kinko's. Also, when I was having my business cards printed here, I accidentally forgot to feature my email address and although that's not their responsibility, it would have been a nice touch to have them look it over and say..."hey, maybe you wanted an email or phone # printed on here?" Anyway, most recently I used them to print out 4x6" post cards for an upcoming event and after calling them in the morning and getting them the print-ready files by 1PM, I was able to pick up 100 cards at $45. Double sided color, great stock and at 45 cents aipece, I was happy. The person on the other end of the phone was nice, responsible and seemed to know what she was talking about (I believe Michelle was her name, thanks Michelle!). The location downtown is conveniently located to many businesses as well. I'll be happy to give them more of my business down the line, but I still prefer to get my business cards printed online simply because I've found better card stock there. If you do start printing your cards in thicker quality, please let me know so that I can change my buying habits :)!

We already had the file, and just needed a good printing company to complete the cards. Greg was great. He responded the same day I initially sent an email (other shops didn't respond at all) and during a visit to the shop, was very helpful in helping us select the right paper and envelope, etc. The cards came out perfect and the staff was thoughtful enough to match the font on the envelope to that of the card, without me specifying. If I had any other printing needs, I would definitely use them again. The customer service is awesome as is the product.

From the owner: The Signworks Sportswear story began in the early 1990s when Matt Alix, then 13, began fixing his…read moredad's racecar lettering when the cars got damaged. This evolved into hand-lettering numerous cars each year. At 16 he began racing himself at Holland Speedway and later became a 3 time NASCAR Champion.Through this journey, Matt met numerous business owners through sponsorships. Technology advanced and hand painting was replaced by computer cut vinyl graphics. Matts's mom and dad, Art and Janice, gave him his first loan for the computer equipment. From there, the sign business snowballed, starting with racing contacts and growing to thousands of businesses and organizations throughout Western New York.In 2003, Matt partnered with his parents to build the current 8500 square foot Signworks building. They added screen printing and embroidery by purchasing another company. This acquisition turned Signworks into Signworks Sportswear. This created the one-stop-shop that it is today. Along the way, John Emilianowicz started as a designer from right out of graphic design school. Matt had a very hard time relinquishing the design aspect of the business. However, John showed from day one that he was more than just a designer. He now is the company's Vice President of Operations and oversees the entire apparel side of the business.

I really, really like my car... If I can describe vehicular "umammi" as driving my car? Yep, that…read morepretty much would describe it. At least for me. Anyhow... Buffalo winter took its toll on her interior real bad this year. We kept the outside as clean as we could, but neglected the inside. I'm flushed with embarrassment thinking about how bad I actually let it get. Remnants of Rusty, going to Smooches for Pooches, and other stuff... sad to say...We lost our umammi mojo. It's gonna take me a month to harness it again. Bring in Art Lazazzero, of Wilde Art. The date for Si's trip to the spa has arrived! Used their convenient key drop off box, Art called me to confirm our appointment and that he would call me when she's had enough pampering. "Dont forget to wash behind her ears!" I thought to say, but tucked that quip away into the severe cheesiness category. All day I thought about those spots he's NEVER going to reach. He can't get it that clean. Well.. I was wrong. We walked around outside while he explained his bathing techniques and massages with the buffer. My shines usually come out pretty good, but Art's was an exquisite shine! Saddle into my bucket seats a scan the inside. The feeling I got reminded me of settling into my cozy beach chair at the beach. I could not find a spec of dust, or Rusty's hair, or dirt, or shoe scuffs on the door. Windows impeccably clear. The dashboard is black and not grey with dust. Can this be true? The "spots" I thought he'd miss? Spotless! Umammi is back!! The time Art spent with Si, you'd think he was cleaning his own car. His attention to the littlest detail will bring this guy back often. We talked about his tinting and wrapping services too which I plan on coming back for.
