No one welcomed me, said hi, or they'd be with me shortly or anything, which I didn't feel was very nice. I didn't know where I had to go to, there were no signs for "Returns", so I just stood around feeling stupid. There was only 1 employee taking care of customers which is definitely not enough ! It took awhile for the girl to finally come to me & within 2 minutes, I was outta there. They would get a higher review if I'd been told anything at all by someone that they'd be with me or so much as a greeting. This location is MUCH bigger than the one across from BK on Hertel & Delaware. They also definitely need more employees working to help everyone. Plenty of parking here which is great. It was quite messy & dirty inside though, which was not pleasant.

There are instructions right at each station and if you get stuck, the staff is very helpful. You swipe your debit/credit card when you start and boom it's that easy, the World Wide Web is yours. I would caution people about printing personal protected information and letting it sit on the printer, anyone can pick it up. No one has a printer in this day and age and it's cool that these services exist. They also sell things like office /school supplies, snacks, and greeting cards. And you can buy packaging and ship packages here too! It's an all in one kind of place with a friendly face.

He always makes suggestions to make them better and all have been great quality with no issues. When I was younger I had art put on two vinyl racing stripes down the center of my mustang. They came out awesome, I loved that car and kept it for years. The stripes definitely made it look different which I liked. My father has had the entire back window of his truck done in marine corps logos, American flags and an eagle. Art design an awesome layout that my dad loved. He recently sold that truck and already plans to go back to Art to have him do something similar again on his new truck. My wife just got her interior detailed today. It is a Ford Explorer, we have two young boys, and a dog with very light hair. My wife said that the car is cleaner than when we first bought it. He even made the weather tech mats look brand new. It is at the side door of a residential building just off Hertel Avenue. Chris greats you at the door, asks you to put the computer on a little table in the hall way and gives you a receipt for the drop off. He told me it could be just dust in the fan or a defective fan. A day later I got a phone call and Judy, his assistant (may I call it that way?) told me the fan was failing. A new part was ordered and the computer would be fixed within a couple of days. Everything worked out fine, the part arrived soon and Chris replaced the old broken fan. 6 Days after dropping the laptop off, I got the call to come and pick it up. I am very happy with Jack Of All Trades computer service. Fast and reliable, just the way you want it. I especially liked the follow up phone calls. So, computer problems? Call Chris from Jack!
