Mark was very knowledgeable and not once made me feel as if I was beneath him (you know how it gets when someone KNOWS they know more than you do!). All repairs are done in-house and tentatively completed between 24-48 hours, which beats the "however many" business days it would have taken had I decided to ship my dell to those other nationally known GEEKS-- if you catch my drift. ;] There is a deposit due prior to having computer diagnosed, with the remainder due at pick-up. The reason I'm docking a star was because when I used this place to print my business cards, the card stock was not as strong and thick as I would have liked, but still way better then places (and cheaper) then places like Kinko's. Also, when I was having my business cards printed here, I accidentally forgot to feature my email address and although that's not their responsibility, it would have been a nice touch to have them look it over and say..."hey, maybe you wanted an email or phone # printed on here?" Anyway, most recently I used them to print out 4x6" post cards for an upcoming event and after calling them in the morning and getting them the print-ready files by 1PM, I was able to pick up 100 cards at $45. Double sided color, great stock and at 45 cents aipece, I was happy. The person on the other end of the phone was nice, responsible and seemed to know what she was talking about (I believe Michelle was her name, thanks Michelle!). The location downtown is conveniently located to many businesses as well. I'll be happy to give them more of my business down the line, but I still prefer to get my business cards printed online simply because I've found better card stock there. If you do start printing your cards in thicker quality, please let me know so that I can change my buying habits :)!

We already had the file, and just needed a good printing company to complete the cards. Greg was great. He responded the same day I initially sent an email (other shops didn't respond at all) and during a visit to the shop, was very helpful in helping us select the right paper and envelope, etc. The cards came out perfect and the staff was thoughtful enough to match the font on the envelope to that of the card, without me specifying. If I had any other printing needs, I would definitely use them again. The customer service is awesome as is the product.

They're conveniently located right outside the JCP department store on the second floor, across the way. Everyone was very friendly both on the phone and in person. They also went over the repair agreement thoroughly, including the $75 diagnostic fee, which goes toward the cost of any repair. At first, I got a call saying the motherboard was completely damaged and likely beyond repair, which was disappointing. Then the next day, they called back and said they had spent more time looking into it and were actually able to fix it. The repair ended up costing an additional $150, but it was absolutely worth it. My kids' PS5 had stopped accepting discs, and now it's working again. They also advised against relying on random YouTube repair tutorials (oops), since DIY fixes can sometimes make the problem much worse (especially if you're clueless like me). Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back here again, although hopefully I won't need to anytime soon!

It said to replace my printer cartridge, because it was leaking. After I did this, my printer didn't work. Office Max couldn't help me at all. I went to Best Buy - and they do not fix printers, but told me that mine was toast and tried to sell me a new printer. My printer is a color laser printer that is barely 2 years old. I looked online and found BA Printer Service, and the owner, Bob, knew right away what the problem was. Hp does automatic updates and when I changed my blue ink, it updated the machine and kicked out my 3rd party ink cartridges that I had in there. All I needed were new hp brand printer cartridges and I'd be ready to go! Best Buy's Geek Squad WERE USELESS! But, Bob knew immediately! I bought new hp brand printer cartridges, and my machine is like new! Also, Bob is the nicest guy you could ever meet. I wish him continued success in his business and glad he's there for our community. He did!'t even charge me for his brilliant diagnostics! If I were him, I'd change the name of the business to Bob's Printer Service, it's catchier and says it all. Not sure what BA means, maybe his initials. "Bob's" is better.
