I am a busy parent, raising a child by myself and working two very demanding jobs to do it. Let's…read morejust say--things got out of hand around the house and I had no idea where to even begin. It was way beyond what a traditional maid service could handle, and I didn't know if there was anyone who actually did what I needed to be done without costing me a fortune or forcing me to air out my dirty laundry (literally) on one of those HGTV reality shows. The moment I called An Eye for Detail, I knew that Tamara was the right person to handle this task. Just mentioning one small issue over the phone, she figured out a way to solve the problem. Our first meeting, she had so many great suggestions, that I couldn't wait for her to get started. I was worried that I would have to hold someone's hand through the process--I do some of my work from home, and I need a lot of time undisturbed. Tamara seemed to have a sixth sense. She took over completely, arranging things in a logical manner, and dealing with those dark corners of things that collect but seem at the time too precious or painful to get rid of. I was amazed that one person could do everything she could handle (even lugging a 200 lb punching bag across the house by herself), and she was very fast, thorough, and honest (I even left her keys so she could work when we were out of town). The price is more than reasonable. For what I paid, I received such an immeasurable sense of relief that it is done and manageable. Even if I get busy and things go a few days without getting done, I have no fear that it will get to be out of the scope of what I can handle because Tamara made sure that everything has a place, and offered suggestions for how to curb the clutter before it ever occurs. Highly recommended.

There is a challenge with staffing as it seems businesses everywhere have shortages since COVID. However, administration works together as a team. There is only one RN on staff for 140 residents and management is chaotic and unresponsive. My husband's grandmother took a fall here when she was supposed to be supervised by an aide. The worst of it, though, is that someone--a staff member or guest--stole her wedding bands and one other ring right off of her hands. The person went into her room and told her that she needed the rings for safekeeping. I am disgusted that someone would treat a vulnerable, 97-year old defenseless woman like this. We are reporting this to the local authorities and to the BBB. Avoid.

The rehab part was great and the therapists were wonderful. Everyone is friendly, but the wait times are ridiculous. I saw staff members wandering the halls looking at their phones while my mother is sick and needs help immediately. My mom knew something wasn't right with her digestive issues and tried to tell multiple nurses that she had c-diff (she's had it before, she knows), but did they do anything? NO. Never again.

While most marketing businesses in that area are still sticking to traditional (and in my view obsolete) means of advertising, Jeff has clearly embraced to new age of marketing on the internet and the results I received for my business were nothing short of incredible. Since I first opened doors in 2013, Jeff has been my go-to source in making sure my rankings and brand messaging stay positive online. Even now, he's been supportive in guiding me through the complicated marketing process in moving my business across the country. Outside of my business, I've watched Jeff repeatedly bring on new clients, and deliver stunning websites that bring in local traffic. He carries a unique sense of technical and marketing know-how that get his clients ahead, while other businesses in the area are just lacking or need to catch up - definitely give him a call!
