the worst law firm you will ever deal with genuinely from the heart do not go here if you want…read moreeverything properly done. if you want a law firm that will prioritize you and carefully take care of you this is not the place to go to. first, their firm made a huge mistake by sending our deposit to purchase a new home to the wrong account. second, they were taking advantage of the fact that my parents can't speak proper english & didnt explain what happened auntil days later our agent had to call them to explain what had happened & the didnt speak to my parents & just said "they will call them back" & never did. my mom called me crying so much from the stress of not being able to move in and be homeless & felt like she was being "bounced around" as she couldn't speak english as good. so i had to call and follow up and be stern for them to even explain what had happened to us directly. i told them they had to fix the problem by the end of that day as we were gonna be homeless. the second problem came up 3 month's after when we still did not get any bills sent to our house. we assumed they did their job properly & tbh we did not wanna call or deal with them again because of the first incident stress & the amount of disrespect they gave to my parents who cant speak proper english.we followed up when we got a letter from the energy company that our power will be cut off. they said they sent the email over and transferred the name. but if they properly transferred it over it would've been already in our name and sent to our home. but none of the bills was sent to our home. when i got the chance to speak to the lawyer roger the "remorse" that was there from their first mistake wasn't there at all no one said sorry. so i was pissed off and yelled when the rude secretary louise said "so if you didn't get your bills why didn't you follow up you have to pay your bills just like everyone else" first of thats insulting assuming we dont have money to pay our bills making it seem like we did it on purpose which was the reason i yelled. they already insulted my parents from the first incident and now its our fault that u didnt do ur job properly??? we assumed you did your job properly so we thought it would all the bills would just come at once since we just moved in and all of them just hung up on me. because the first home we purchased our lawyer did everything properly and all our bills came on time but somehow with you guys you just say "i dont know what happened" and "i cant help you" and hang up. they do not have any patience on their clients which they should be patient and understand the frustration since this was the second mistake and it was their fault from the get go and work with their client, instead they all hung up and the lawyer himself said we cant help you. on top of that the lawyer roger was insulting my parents and making it seem like we don't have money to pay our bills when he said "everyone pays bill, i pay my bills and you should too that's how the world works" first off talking to your client that is not it we're not idiots. second how can we pay the bills when it never came to our house because it wasnt transferred over properly and he hung up. he sides with his staff when they are in the wrong. he did not wanna listen to me because his secretary louise told him i was yelling so much at her. first off i wouldnt even be yelling if she wasnt being rude i recorded that conversation. just because a client is yelling because of what your staff told you making herself seem like she was the victim does not mean you hang up and say we cant help you to your client especially if youre the lawyer. anyways, to sum it up. they are horrible to their clients especially if youre a minority. and they don't double check their work. from the bottom of my heart and genuine review dont ever go here if you want your things done properly and if you want someone that will help you. the amount of stress they've caused us and none of them was sorry for it at all was and on top of that they are so disrespectful.
