All was good until after they left and were finished and I gave them a good rating (Wish I could take away the rating I have them and give them a 1). All of a sudden the bill was $3,000 more then the estimate, they charged us for stuff that wasn't completed and to top it off they unplugged my security system while they were in my house then plugged it back in when they left. Very unprofessional. And when my wife and I brought it to their attention all they did was argue. Hands down would never recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again. Unprofessional people that work there.

The goal was to restore the basement as close as possible to it's original condition. I began with acquiring a heavy duty dehumidifier after contacting Servpro. Servpro personnel came in, power-vacuumed the walls to get rid of as much white powder as possible, clean-out the cobb webs, vacuum the perimeter of the basement floor, and apply a mold treatment to mitigate any mold that existed. I am very pleased with the work performed, and am continuing to use the heavy duty dehumidifier until completely dried out! Very exciting!

She loved the idea. Josh was helpful in coordinating with my daughter to set up the appointment. The person, Marion, who did the cleaning did a magnificent job. My daughter reported that Marion was efficient and thorough, along with being very pleasant. My daughter, a working mother and wife, keeps a nice house. But her schedule doesn't allow for the deep cleaning that Marion did. I am a discerning consumer and I can't think of any improvements that this company needs to make. Good job Josh! And thanks again Marion. Give Tidy Up a try. I think you will be very happy with their services.
