The reason I'm docking a star was because when I used this place to print my business cards, the card stock was not as strong and thick as I would have liked, but still way better then places (and cheaper) then places like Kinko's. Also, when I was having my business cards printed here, I accidentally forgot to feature my email address and although that's not their responsibility, it would have been a nice touch to have them look it over and say..."hey, maybe you wanted an email or phone # printed on here?" Anyway, most recently I used them to print out 4x6" post cards for an upcoming event and after calling them in the morning and getting them the print-ready files by 1PM, I was able to pick up 100 cards at $45. Double sided color, great stock and at 45 cents aipece, I was happy. The person on the other end of the phone was nice, responsible and seemed to know what she was talking about (I believe Michelle was her name, thanks Michelle!). The location downtown is conveniently located to many businesses as well. I'll be happy to give them more of my business down the line, but I still prefer to get my business cards printed online simply because I've found better card stock there. If you do start printing your cards in thicker quality, please let me know so that I can change my buying habits :)!

He responded the same day I initially sent an email (other shops didn't respond at all) and during a visit to the shop, was very helpful in helping us select the right paper and envelope, etc. The cards came out perfect and the staff was thoughtful enough to match the font on the envelope to that of the card, without me specifying. If I had any other printing needs, I would definitely use them again. The customer service is awesome as is the product.

He advised me to purchase the battery myself and let him know when it arrived. Before bringing it in, I organized and backed up my laptop -- even though Joe said it probably wasn't necessary, he agreed it was the wise thing to do. Today I called him, and he told me to bring it right over and he could get it done the same day. What a difference from the Apple Store experience, where I was told I'd need an appointment, then possibly wait 10 days just for them to look at it, followed by another week or more for the repair. I simply couldn't be without my laptop for two weeks. Joe was amazing. He completed the repair in under four hours, the price was very fair, and he was kind, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. My laptop is working great!!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing computer repair services.

I won't go into all the personal details, but let me just tell you, Bill had his work cut out for him with our taxes! We had lived for 5 years in Asia, and come to find out, we weren't doing things right at all when it came to filling taxes. Our accountant we used previous to Bill used to work as an auditor for the IRS, so we trusted him. But he actually ended up messing things up for us. Bill helped us get it all straight & finally put things in order. We had to file amendments to our old returns, but we got it handled & then got set up on quarterly taxes for my husband's business. The staff is very polite & professional. The offices may not look like much when you walk in, but they're in a beautiful building in a great location on Sheridan & have plenty of parking. When it comes to reporting and paying taxes, the most important thing is hiring a skilled professional. We trust Bill & the company he represents. I have no reservations in recommending him to anyone!
