I stopped by The Harmony Cafe on a Tues around noon. Staff were friendly as I opted for a cortado. They do have oat or almond milk as alternatives which cost an additional $0.99. My drink was made at a reasonable time. The cafe is currently only take out only. My coffee was made well - good temperature and it tasted great. Would definitely return for more coffee (and probably treats) in the future!

The unique thing about the place is that they offer a very casual, low key, and non-pretentious vibe. All their products are actually from neighbouring shops or Toronto businesses. They do have an all day café menu, a snacks/late night menu, as well as bottles of wine and other alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks you can purchase to go. Their whole menu is designed to dine in and take out as well where they have breads from Blackbird Baking Co. and other tasty treats you can purchase in store. I actually have stopped by Trinity Market twice. Once was with my friend where we casually wanted to check out the place and see the wines and the food offerings. We didn't sit down or purchase anything but the staff and owners were extremely friendly and even offered us to try a wine (we declined though since we had to go back to work!). I decided to go back the next day for a light lunch snack and it was nice because they remembered me from the day before. It was quite quiet during lunch hours (I didn't mind though), but the whole vibe of the place is extremely casual where you feel that you are welcomed with open arms. The hospitality was amazing and I enjoyed my pizza and wine (asked for a white wine recommendation, which went superbly with the pizza!). The staff take care of you where they embrace the neighbourhood and everyone who walks into their shop. I know I definitely will be back to try more food offerings and wine (you can get 3oz of wine which is perfect for a light drink during the day!). The Balloons outside were a clear indicator of a celebration happening. As you enter the place, your eyes will be greeted by many pastries and other goodies beautifully arranged and packed. I picked some pastries to go and since its their official grand opening, they had a corner table full of sweet treats and hot drinks for guests and customers to enjoy for free. There was an assortment to choose from. They also offer premade cakes or custom cakes that you can order. Some persian fruit snacks like rolled up lavashak sheet and nuts are available too. Aside from all of this they offer hot and cold drinks too. As this is a family owned business I was delightfully welcomed and served politely by members of the family who were happily there supporting their business. The place is bright, clean, and orderly, with a few tables and chairs available on the left side for people who want to hangout. Paid parking on the side street is available. It's been a marvelous experience to be physically present and witness this special day for this cafe where you can feel and see the hard work, dedication, love and support of their family and friends for the business. There's a sign to use the side door, which you can get a taste of the interior decoration. I ordered almost immediately since there was no line, although there were many patrons already seated and some who had just ordered. While waiting, I sat down at an available table, and noticed that there is also a back patio where you can sit as well. Even though I ordered for takeout, the staff brought my latte over to me. They did forget to bring my carrot cake with it, so I did have to ask for it as I was leaving, but they were apologetic about it. The carrot cake was really good! I found the coconut flakes topping a bit overwhelming, but that could be just because I'm not a huge fan of coconut. There's free street parking: however depending on how busy it is, you may need to find a street to turn on to find it on the opposite side (which happened to me today).

Over the course of our visit we tried the apple fritter, cinnamon bun (oh my), almond croissant, blueberry muffin and the cheese scone (perfect for a savory treat). We even got to meet their talented baker, Mo. The staff are friendly and the cafe has a lovely seating inside and some tables on the sidewalk.

It is a two storey clothing and shoe store with the restaurant on the second level. We were able to walk in without reservation. We ordered the house salmon (the salmon tower) and the fried egg sandwich. Our dishes came out quickly. For the salmon tower, I opted for chive cream cheese and everything bagel. I liked the thin slices of cucumber and tomatoes with generous amount of capers to go along with their cured salmon. Overall it was a simple but delicious meal!
