Have been to the ones in Las Vegas many years ago. There literally was a mile long line for their food. So when I overjoyingly we went to the Tukwila branch, it did not disappoint. I had to order my favorites here, starting with the Slut-- and it did not disappoint. Silky potato puree with a semi cooked egg and lots of chives for a garnish. It glosses down your throat. Also the Fairfax-- just some soft scrambled eggs with cheese and caramelized onions. It's just heaven nestled inside a Brioche bun. We also got the truffle fries and the French toast sticks. I was told the truffle fries were really good. But the French toast sticks were next level-- and that maple custard sauce-- it was a bit too sweet to my liking but it was divine. Was it worth driving an hour to eat here? ABSOFREAKINGLUTELY.

We were walking around the mall and saw that there was a Eggslut here! Unfortunately, we had just eaten lunch so we ended up just getting some truffle hash browns. The service was so friendly, nice, and helpful. Truffle Hash Browns: mini seasoned hashbrowns tossed in duck fat and finished with a truffle rosemary salt (4/5). These were so good! Crunchy and crisp like you would expect but the truffle rosemary salt was delightful. Come check them out. Support your local business.

I finally got to try Egg Slut at Tukwila Mall after wanting to check them out since their first franchise opened in Las Vegas. The service was excellent -- we placed a to-go order and our food was ready in under 10 minutes, which was impressive. Unfortunately, the food itself left me a bit disappointed. Everything was cooked well, but the scrambled eggs just weren't for me. They felt a little too soft and had a strong garlicky flavor that didn't quite hit right. We ordered the Wagyu burger with a fried egg and the Fairfax Classic Breakfast Sandwich. Both were very messy (seriously, do not try to eat these in the car -- you'll need a stack of napkins and a good spot to sit down). The truffle tater tots (hashbrowns) and French Toast sticks, on the other hand, were excellent. Both sides packed great flavor, and the accompanying sauces were a standout. Overall, Egg Slut has some solid sides and quick service, but the main sandwiches didn't wow me the way the hype suggested. I probably won't rush back, but I'd recommend grabbing the tots or French toast sticks if you go. I definitely prefer Egghole in Kent!

Great place to get brunch and burgers. Everything on their menu was delicious, super friendly service, clean spot, fast service as well. My favorite was the Fairfax and the Wagyu burger. The truffle tots were amazing! I highly recommend and would come back!

The fam and I stopped by EggSlut for a little sustenance before heading to our adventures for the day. The staff was so nice and clearly working hard to keep all those orders going! Busy place! Loved the cute neon signs and decor. The truffle hashbrowns are a must! The Slut is their signature, a coddled egg over potato puree with little baguette toast dippers. The Slut is a signature dish for good reason. I never really thought of a poached egg over mashed potatoes but it WORKS!! And the bacon, egg, n cheese with that oozy yolk was the perfect handheld!! And the French Toast Sticks were the perfect bit of sweet to balance everything out. HIGHLY recommended! They even have salad!

I have only been to Eggslut in Vegas but compared to there it just felt a bit lacking. When we first walked up, no one was at the register and no one came up to us. We waited for a few minutes before someone came to take our order. From there, my food came out VERY quickly. Meanwhile, my friend, who ordered right after me and the same thing, hers didn't come out till I was done with the burger and halfway through the fried. The fries were good but cold. The burger was alright but it was mostly bun. The place is small with limited seating. It is self service and it was a bit messy. Unsure how often they come out and wipe tables as we saw a table with water all over the table top and floor. When we went to dump our garbage away, the garbage was overflowing. We didn't have the best experience there which was a bummer cause I was so excited for them to be in Renton.

Heard about Egg Slut and wanted to give it a try! They have locations in Las Vegas and there is a big hype surrounding. I ordered the Fairfax which has egg, cheese, caramelized onions and the special sauce and on the side I ordered the truffle hashbrowns. The sandwich was good but rich. I couldn't have eaten by my self. I can under the hype. Next time I go I will try the burger. Definitely a place to try.

Honestly, I was so excited to try this place out. There's nothing better than a good brunch and a little retail therapy. We ordered a sandwich, hash browns and the French toast sticks. Everything was delicious. As far as service, the lady we ordered from was very nice but when my daughter went up to get a cup of water, everyone ignored her standing at the counter. It had to been 5 minutes and then I walked up to help out and the lady getting food out, told us to wait back in line. I waited 20 minutes in line for a cup of water. I know it was only a soft opening, so I get that you were busy but having to wait 25 minutes for just a cup of water seems nuts.

Eggslut has Filipino-American, West Coast roots: Born in CA. Educated in OR. I think it was inevitable we'd get an Eggslut in WA. This breakfast sandwich shop is in a good location. Its near Sea-Tac Airport. People might want to grab breakfast before flying out. Parking is abundant and free since its located inside Southcenter Mall. They took over the space that used to be another sandwich shop called Homegrown. The dining area is inside and covered compared to the location on Capitol Hill. Even though the hours are better on Capitol Hill I still prefer the Tukwila location because of convenience. The line isn't as bad as the one in Vegas so that's a plus.

Is this a kids burger or smashburger? Well, it sure as hell isn't a smashburger by any definition. Maybe a White Castle slider?
    Big E.

There's a big difference between not living up to the hype... and feeling like you've been robbed. I ordered a golden smashburger, the truffle hashbrowns, and a Coke. I got what looked like a kids burger, nothing that looked like a smashburger. The photo they provide at the register makes it look like a double patty. It was a single patty that didn't even reach the edges of the bun. It was probably 3/8" thick in the middle. Not smashed even a little. A hockey puck. When I asked the cashier about it, she said oh, the photo shows a layer of carmelized onions that look like another patty, but it's not. And when I asked why no egg, I thought every thing they did had an egg on it (hence the name). She informed me that's the one thing that doesn't come with an egg. Seriously? I should've read the menu more carefully. Oh wait, I'm not 20 yrs. old anymore, I just spent 8 hours reading engineering drawings. The menu is printed in a tiny font size. Is this a menu or the Wall Street Journal? I relied on photos and I thought smash burger meant smashed. Not a kids burger. And "golden"? what does that mean? Oh, I could've used the QR codes to look at the menu on my phone. Oh wait, you can't see the QR codes because they are facing the EXACT OPPOSITE direction people are approaching the counter to order. So yeah, $12.50 for something that looks like a slider. Meat doesn't even reach the edges of the bun. And overcooked as well. And could not taste the beef because something was over seasoned. The dollop of caramelized onion? All I could taste was black pepper or something else that resulted in a burnt/peppery taste. Truffle hash browns. Barely a hint of truffle flavor. But I guess that's better than overdoing it? Most truffle flavor used in restaurants is the artificial industrial chemical kind, so maybe less is more? but who knows what kind of truffle oil they use. Almost forgot they are fried in duck fat...because you really can't taste it. TINY portion. for $4.75. 12 oz. Coke. $5.00. I know this is a mall, but that's ridiculous. Makes the hash browns seem like a deal. Music. Way too loud. Maybe I couldn't taste the beef because Dua Lipa and Coldplay killed my tastebuds. Counter seating specifically engineered so your knees bang into the counter unless you site twisted 90-degrees away from the counter, But you can watch them cook the eggs that don't go on your burger. Nice. I'm generally very generous and forgiving as someone who used to work in F&B. But this is a shame. Especially since I like the Alvin Cailan and he co-hosts The Burger Show with George Motz on youtube. He should know what a smash burger is and isn't. I was just at Sma5h in Renton, at the beginning of the week and it was actually a smash burger and not a rip-off. There are surprisingly good food options in this mall. This isn't one of them. No joke...I went to Shake Shack afterward, because I skipped lunch so I could indulge in burger after work. After shelling out almost $30 after tax and tip, I still needed to get a burger after this. Note: after studying the menu with a microscope, the Royale also does not come with an egg.

I went here on a Saturday on the grand opening weekend and the food was really good. Everything came out fresh, the cashier was friendly. The quality of the food was very high. Personally, I would've liked more bacon, and maybe even one additional egg since it's a fried egg versus scrambled. The truffle fries were really good, as was the truffle hashbrowns. Crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside for both. Next time I'd like to try the Wagyu burger with the rosemary fries.

Haven't come shop at Southcenter for a while and just realized Eggslut opened here! Happy to see the same quality as the Seattle shop. I tried the new Gaucho Wagyu Sandwich and enjoyed it a lot -- flavorful, satisfying, and the egg paired really well with everything. Service was also faster than expected considering waitlines are always so long for newly opened shops. Glad to see more good food options at Southcenter now. Will definitely come back again!

The food is amazing as usual, Laurent helped with my order and suggested some good items to try. The truffle hashbrowns are a must try.

The seater showed us to our table, and chatted with us about our day along the way. He also explained the 3 menus that he gave us, and informed us we were right in time for happy hour. Our server, Sam, greeted us promptly, and she was so incredibly welcoming to our family, answering questions about the menu items. It was so hard to decide what to order, so we ordered several small plates (Brisket nachos, Wings, Brisket tacos, fries, and mac and cheese, along with the complimentary cornbread). To our surprise, everything came out so quickly. This was probably the fastest service I've ever had at a restaurant. The servers who delivered our food were friendly and welcoming as well. Not only that, EVERYTHING we ate was phenomenal. The fries were flavorful and perfectly salted, the wings were fantastic, and the brisket nachos? Wow....the brisket was some of the best we've ever had, and the nacho chips even stood out. The biggest compliment is from our 15 year old who said that the mac and cheese is some of the best pasta she's ever had. Throughout the whole meal, Sam was so attentive and chatting with us about the restaurant and dessert options. I truly enjoyed everything about our experience. The food and service both were top notch. The only thing I didn't like about this restaurant is that I'll have to book another flight to Seattle from Michigan to eat there.
