Wow! What an amazing place! Best breakfast I've had in a very long time! 1st easy to get to. It was so worth the 18 minute drive from our stay at a local Disney resort. Immediately greeted. Didn't even wait 5 minutes until seated. The food is reasonably price with great portion sizes. The process they have in place from taking your order until you receive is so well executed that the food comes from order to table within a short amount time. Several chefs prepare the orders making it a fast turnaround time. It's in plain view so you see when it's prepared and heads to your table. The entire restaurant is clean and there is continuous wiping of all areas. Second location I've tried for Eggs Up and both were excellent. Our server Samuel was super nice and helpful. The restaurant itself is sunny and open and the tables don't feel super cramped. Tried the seasonal Boston cream donuts and iced peppermint mocha cold brew to begin. The donuts were excellent. Split an order of 3 among friends but I definitely could've had it all to myself. The coffee was good, but I tried my friend's hot cup and that was better (I'm usually an iced coffee girl so that's saying something). For my main, I ordered the shrimp and grits. I've had this dish before at the Apopka location and it was beyond excellent. The one I had at this location was still very good but felt like something was missing. I've visited Egg's Up Grill three times since they opened earlier this month. Each visit offered a good experience and I am sure they will thrive in this location. So far, I have had a veggie omelette (made with egg whites), the Goodness Gracious Omelette (also with egg whites), and avocado toast, in each instance served with hash browns, and coffee. I ordered the omelettes with rye toast and the avocado toast with tuscan bread (as it is called on the menu). The omelettes were both very good, full of fresh ingredients. Neither was overly heavy or oily. The avocado toast was OK, but not a stand out menu item. In particular, the avocado toast was not pleasing to the eye and seemed to be more of an avocado spread as compared to a freshly mashed avocado. (Similarly, the salsa that accompanied the avocado toast seemed to come from a supermarket shelf.) The coffee is above average for a chain restaurant and the home fries are well above average, with a delicate seasoning that shows more thoughtfulness than many chains. The coffee and home fries earned EUG the extra star to get them to four stars. EUG is well lit and the staff are great. I'll be back! read more

I ordered the Sweet Cream Vanilla Cold Brew & Founders Hash & Egg; it was a 7.5/10. - I didn't like the "Home Fries", they were just seasoned potato cubes. Can't say enough good things about this place! Our server, Betsy, was fantastic! We brought our dog with us and ate breakfast outside and she brought a small bowl of water and snacks out for him. She was so friendly and attentive. The food was great! I loved my BLT sandwich and talk about it a little too often lol. It was just that good. As for the doughnuts, I'm not a sweets fan so I didn't particularly love them but they were still good. I felt they had too much cream in them and it overpowered how fluffy and light the dough itself was. I'd probably order the plain ones next time because I thoroughly enjoyed the doughnuts themselves. The inside has tons of seating and there are a few tables outside as well. We went at peak breakfast time on a weekend and there was still seating available inside, which is always a plus if you don't have time to wait around. Highly recommend! read more

Everything about this place is meh. The food was fine, not great, not bad, just fine. The service was also fine. Not the best service, but nothing terrible happened. Just meh. To elaborate: the server was nice and friendly. She was quick and helpful. However, she also took my husband plate while he was literally putting a bite of food in his mouth, so clearly not done eating. I asked a question about a menu item (is the corned beef hash like the canned kind or is it more freshly chopped and recognizable - I prefer the dog food kind haha) and she said "they cook it and then flip it so the outside is crispy and there are onions in it" which is an answer, but not the answer to the question I asked. Again, neither of these things are terrible, and she was very nice, but overall meh. The food was fine. The corned beed hash was somewhere between the canned kind and the fresh kind, but was overall lacking seasoning. The home fries were mushy but seasoned well. The restaurant is cute. Wide open, quiet enough, laid out nicely, and super bright. They have a counter you can sit at which I appreciate in a breakfast place. I don't think I'd suggest this place for future breakfast needs, but I may be willing to try it again if someone really went to bat for it. read more

It was very busy when we went for a late Sunday breakfast. It was oddly chaotic getting our name on the list with the host, but I think they are working out the kinks of how the restaurant flows. Our server was so sweet and was prompt with drinks and getting our order and was super apologetic that the kitchen was slow/that our food was super slow to come out. Searched breakfast near us and Eggs Up Grill came out with great reviews! We parked and as we walked up to restaurant 3 out of the 6 tables outside had not been clean. I figured maybe they hadn't gotten to the tables outside. When we entered it was very HOT and MUGGY.. along with about 5 tables not cleaned. Our server was J he was great. We all ordered the food and everything was amazing! Hot and fresh. Over all we were very satisfied.. food wise. But I'd invest in maybe some blinds and def have more help for cleaning up the place. Hostess could help if needed. They didn't offer any help cleaning any of those tables while having lots of time To do so! I will return.. the food was great!
