Service was not good. I had to ask for cream for the coffee, a spoon to stir in the coffee. Food was cold, had to ask for the pan cake that I ordered. The best thing was the water!!

We were able to call in for a reservation but looks like you can do it in Yelp too. We were seated quickly. Food and service were good. Food. Was a good amount and prices were fair. We would definitely be back. Only complaint was the server was not knowledgeable about up charges.

When you see a line to get into any eatery, you can be assured there's a reason. Servers wearing t shirts adorned with the phrase"we are family" lets you know the warm and welcoming service this place offers. Customize your omelette or choose a sweet pancake or waffle specialty, add a mimosa for added morning bliss. Look around at all the smiling faces, taste how good a fresh omelette can be , now you understand the lines.

This was my first time trying eggs up grill in South Carolina. I was pleasantly surprised that this was a franchise because the place had a very nice homie brunch feel. I gotta say the food was delicious. I love the potatoes. It had a little Kick to them. I actually ended up ordering a side of potatoes because they were so good. I do wish they had alternative milk like oat milk because their coffee looks amazing. I just can't digest dairy that well. Looking back I should've just gotten the coffee because I did get an eggs Benedict and it has dairy in it. The rest of my group had the bacon and eggs, the shrimp and grits. Unfortunately I couldn't get a picture in. It was eaten up so fast, it was very delicious. I think the shrimp and grits was actually the most popular menu item. I wish I got that but I'm a sucker for an eggs Benedict. Our server was kind and patient considering we came on a Sunday brunch rush. I would definitely love to come here again, if given the chance!

Server was pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job. The service was fast, the servings were ample; the Greek Omelette was about as good as we have had. We liked all the add ins including the black olives. My wife felt that the feta could have been a bit saltier. My blueberry muffin was sliced and grilled--a nice touch but the crumb was a bit pasty. Prices at eggs up are competitive but a little on the high side for a breakfast. All we would recommend the eggs up grill off of Killian Road.

Let me start by saying the service was exceptional! I don't know how he does it but he was everywhere serving everyone! Good job Chris! Food was delicious and timely. I highly suggest you go on the waiting list if it looks crowded. You can do that through this app or on their website. It worked out very well for us. The restaurant is clean and the restrooms were great. The price here is not too expensive so it's a good place to eat on a Saturday or Sunday.

Wow! Had to go thru so many to find the location I visited. Found it. Killian location-RB Pkwy. Was visiting from Ca. EUG was recommended to me by hotel staff. Visited location that was not recommended and I found my food treasure. Stopped by for 3 days straight. Day1: oatmeal - tough! Smh. Day2: Grits, bacon, eggs - hmmm, much improved! Day3: PANCAKES!! Regular coffee. OMG! The pancakes are divine. These pancakes are just right! Thin enough, light enough, accepts heated syrup enough! Smile. Excellent! Had pleasure of meeting Jordan and other staff. Was there towards end of wk, nice crowd ea day. Ive done the yellow box bldgs but go uptown ya'all. You will not be sorry. Competitive prices. My Cola pick!

I'm afraid that Eggs Up Grill has succumbed to the popular practice of starting out overwhelmingly impressive to becoming overwhelmingly horrible! When this cafe(?) first opened I gave them a try and was pleasantly impressed with the atmosphere as well as the food presentation and the fantastic tasting food. Fast forward a year and I went to the same establishment and received the most horrible tasting food and a devil may care attitude to the plate presentation. After spending $24.99 for an omelette with runny juices, grits with shredded cheddar cheese that possessed an unfamiliar taste and smell, the sausage patties were undoubtedly cooked prior to my order, and French toast that were placed on the container without being sliced and having powdered sugar sprinkled on the top after explicitly being asked to withhold it. Oh, how I wished for an Egg McMuffin that would have saved me $21.00. Unfortunately, today was an effort to treat myself and to be by myself enjoying a well deserved breakfast instead this turned a "Me" day into a sad day. Save your money and look elsewhere, because, maybe your "Me" day will turn out better! **In response to your reply it clearly states that I went to the establishment; Ironically, attention to detail is not a standard requirement. Sadly it appears that management is not attentive, employee expectations is low and the consumer is jilted.

The food was pretty good overall, but my chicken salad sandwich was extremely disappointing. The croissant was very dry, and the shredded chicken combined with the consistency of the dressing was not at all what I expected. After only a couple bites, I left the entire sandwich untouched. What was even more disappointing was that when our waitress brought the bill, she clearly noticed I hadn't eaten the sandwich and chose not to ask about it. At this price point for lunch, I would have expected the situation to be handled a little differently. We sat in the covered outdoor area, which was nice, but there's also an uncovered outdoor section with older picnic tables that don't really match the vibe of a more upscale lunch spot. If you plan to sit outside, I'd recommend making your seating preference clear when booking.

They were all so sweet and really went above and beyond to make sure it was a high-quality experience. I noticed that they openly advertise that they don't accept tips and have slightly higher prices in order to pay their workers a living wage, and the results were directly reflected in the customer service that I received. As for the food and drink (coffee), that was pretty good as well! While I do wish that they might have had bagels, the croissant that I substituted it for was warm, buttery, and tasty, and it was a nice change from my usual coffee shop meal, as I've only had a croissant a handful of times. The coffee was fine, and I loved how they offered free refills, which I've noticed that other local coffee shops usually don't. Finally, I loved the setting of the restaurant, which gave you the opportunity to either sit inside and enjoy the ambiance or on the outside patio and enjoy some peace and quiet. I also loved the artwork that they had on the walls, which the waitress informed me was painted by a local artist and which you could purchase if you wanted to. Service was fine. Nothing particularly standout, but smooth and efficient. For drinks, the coffee was average. It wasn't bad by any means, just nothing memorable. Especially considering the price point. Food-wise, there were some highlights. The sweet potato bowl was well-dressed and flavorful, though it felt like it was missing a protein component to make it more complete. The shakshuka was very good overall, with great flavor, though it leaned a bit salty. The biggest issue was the bread portion. It simply wasn't enough for the dish. I ended up ordering an extra side, and while it's listed as two slices, it's really just one slice cut in half. At $4 for that portion, that is very unreasonable. That was a recurring theme. Pricing felt high across the board for what you receive. While the flavors were there, nothing really stood out as exceptional enough to justify the cost. Overall, not a bad visit. Just one where the value didn't quite match the experience.

The place is very well air conditioned, and the space is very intentional. Visiting from out of state the waitress seemed a bit shy/new but curious about Wisconsin she warmed up a little bit. It's really cool that you can see the chefs in their element behind a glass wall while you wait. The silverware, or should I say Goldwear was beautiful. I started out with the All American Spritz- it was good but nothing extraordinary. However when I tried the pistachio martini, I was in disbelief! I was skeptical to order it as I've never even heard of one before and was unsure how pistachio would translate into a martini. It was creamy and somehow savory and sweet at the same time, the alcohol taste was nonexistent. And the rim was coated in pistachio crumbs. Both the drinks presentation was beautiful. I personally ordered the bbq chicken sandwhich, with mac and cheese instead of fries for the side. The sandwich was smoky, I could not stop eating it! If anyone was wondering what so special about the mac and cheese, it's the name of the noodles. And yes, the waitress will sound it out with you lol! The Mac and cheese wasn't creamy, and I found it a bit bland unfortunately. There was no order the same in the group I came with. The truffle fries were on the thinner crispier side, neat that there were different color of potatoes used. The duck wings came out like their very own presentation. I tried the alligator bites, that were served with 2 sauces, I thought there were kind of chewy , and weird enough I guess I have a preference with how my alligator is served since having tried some at the Wisco State fair. I love that the menu feels curated, you know what you're there for and it's not overwhelming to pick from the options of something new. The bathroom was very cute too! And the bar area was lit up, a cool atmosphere.

That created a slightly rushed feeling right from the start of the experience. When the food arrived, it was not served hot. The fries were seasoned but came out cold, so we had to send them back. The service also felt a bit disengaged, as though the server was ready to wrap things up, even though there was still about 30 to 45 minutes before closing time. That said, once the food was remade and served hot, it was really good. My salad, however, was not the same experience, as the lettuce had brown spots throughout, which took away from the overall quality. You can tell the kitchen has potential when the food is prepared properly, but consistency is the issue. The ambience is very cool and visually appealing. It is a bit dark for my personal preference in the evening, but I can imagine it being bright and beautiful during the daytime. The cocktail I ordered was just okay and didn't really stand out. Overall, there is definitely potential here, but improvements in consistency, service attentiveness, and food quality control would really elevate the experience.

We ended up stopping at The Grand around 9/9:30pm on a Saturday. Upon entering the hostess informed us they were currently only serving the late night menu. We said no problem and elected to grab seats at the bar. There were several empty tables and a few empty seats @ the bar. However, the only two seats together at the bar needed to be cleared from the last patrons that were seated. We stood there for over 20 mins while Jacob continued to walk by never acknowledging us or the fact that we couldn't sit. When he finally cleared the dishes he just walked away, never cleaning the area. When he returned he still never greeted us or apologized for the wait, the mess... nothing. Jacob: What are you having? Me: Well hello... Jacob: Yea... what do you want? Me: Wow... ok. For starters can you please whip off the bar so we can properly have a seat. There is still food residue here from the last customers. ** we get a visible huff** He wipes down the bar and we proceed to order drinks, while he never really speak any more it's all via motions and body language. Amongst ourselves we check in with one another to confirm that we both were feeling very unwelcome. Instantly we decide that we will not be ordering anything additional and will be leaving after this one drink. Which is just as well because Jacob never returns. Someone , whom I can only assume was of a mangement status, asked if Jacob was helpful and we promptly and simultaneously said no and that we would like or bill. She shook her head in utter disbelief and disgust but then she also disappeared. Just so happened that Diamond, whom was on the other side of the bar happen to walk pass. She stopped and asked if we were ok after witnessing our frustration. We explained that we wanted the check and why we were leaving. She was super apologetic and closed out our tab. Her energy literal turned the experience around and if she would have came to our rescue sooner we would have considered staying. Thank you Diamond. Just A Note: Unfortunately, bad first impression because The Grand seems like it may offer a good time with the bowling lanes in the back.
