We reviewed my old corporation, and Gregory spent ample time educating me on the problems with my old corp and the benefits of setting up a new corporation "properly." I didn't fully grasp, at the time, the differences between a right and wrong corporation. He told me to go have dinner while the Lucas & Lucas team prepared and expedited my corporate documents. A few hours later--the documents were ready! He thoroughly reviewed with me how best to use the corporation. He also offered advice on a business idea. His input turned out to be 100% accurate (unfortunately, I neglected to take his advice and lost a lot of money in the process! Ouch! You were right!). I recently attended a real estate workshop that suggested certain language for setting up a corporation to best protect your assets. I went home and carefully reviewed the bylaws that Lucas & Lucas wrote for me. I was so pleased to find the suggested language AND so much more. I never imagined that a piece of paper could make me feel safe! But these guys nailed it. With Lucas & Lucas, you've got a brilliant bully in your corner, with decades of experience and a willingness to teach.

I could say a lot of things about my experience everything from him having me look up smc codes to him sending the legal documents to the wrong address (which pushed our court date back 2 months), there's honestly a lot I can say. The amount of errors he made, made me question whether or not he was working for me or against me. There is no way a competent attorney should be making the amount of mistakes he was making. After 10 months he was still spelling my name wrong on the legal documents. He would also copy information from previous cases because he would forgot to change the names and dates on those documents. He is EXTREMELY unprofessional, he'll never answer once he has you as a client, he'll claim he never said things that he did. Stay away from this lawyer and law firm; I get he might be on the cheaper side but you'll pay 10 times more later due to all his mistakes. He doesn't have a good reputation; if you're going through any legal matters especially evictions in the king county area, dont be cheap, hire a good, reputable, experienced attorney or else you'll end paying more in time and money later. Please learn from my very expensive mistake seek legal representation somewhere else. Or you'll end up having to go through the process all over again. Lastly here are just a couple of things I had to experience working with Chuck. - Rarely answers the phone once I became his client. - Won't give you an update on the case; I had to call and ask. - Astronomical amount of spelling/ grammatical errors that I had to fix. - Had me look up SMC codes to add to the notices (isn't that his job?). - I had to re write numerous legal documents over and over because he couldn't do it without numerous mistakes. - Didn't check his work before submitting it; I'm his client yet someone else's name is in the paperwork. He would just copy information from other cases. - Some legal documents were written in pen instead of typed; and his hand writing is illegible. I'm his client who told him the information, and even I can't read/ understand what he wrote. - I had to submit the legal documents to the court because he didn't know how. Numerous documents were rejected when he submitted them because they were not submitted correctly. - Couldn't get printer to work so he sent evidence photos in black and white. I'm the one who took the photos and even I couldn't tell what I was looking at. Photos were pretty much useless. - Said he would submit legal documents by a certain day but wouldn't submit them for weeks. NOT days WEEKS. All in all, learn from my experience and just hire a good experienced attorney; yes it's expensive but you'll be happy that someone who actually knows what they're doing is representing you. Even though I have to go through this process again, it feels like a million pounds has been lifted off my shoulders knowing I'll never have to work with Chuck again! Chuck needs to do himself and his clients a favor and just retire and close this law firm down for good!
