Attorney Tsiprin and his staff were easy to work with, efficient, and kept us informed. My husband received a ticket in the mail for a lane violation. When the incident occurred, the officer stated that he would not ticket him for this. My husband's truck was totaled. We were unpleasantly surprised when a ticket came in the mail. Without going into all the details, Tsiprin Law Group was able to get the case dismissed. We are so thankful that we did not have to pay the ticket or an increase on our auto insurance. Man I got a HUGE ticket because I did not see or hear an ambulance that was following a fire engine very close! Well the ticket is $1065 !! I referred it to Ken and slept like a baby that night knowing that the ticket would be dismissed. I just got notified that at trial the ticket was dismissed. Beware A reply to your termination letter…read more Since the beginning he accused me of perjury because of my hand writing according to him I have a woman's handwriting and he has seen thousands of signatures and men aren't supposed to have good hand writing ( I have the emails where he accused me) I hope you stop judging people base on their gender and education level for the handwriting. He calls me on a Sunday evening to talk about the Zoom hearing me and my wife asked if she can be there, he says " yes it's a public hearing " doesn't give me details about my wife being on video until the hearing is happening. When you called on Sunday you were on speaker (my wife speaks perfect English) you never mentioned anything of what your termination letter says. I believe you have too many cases on your plate and you don't keep good track of them and it's hard to remember what you tell customers over the phone on a Sunday evening or maybe it's just the age or who knows on what sobriety state he calles customers on a Sunday evening. Overall I believe I'm not the only one that has complained about his communication skills.

Ken is a complete waste of money! He will work for the interest of the police, judges, and prosecutors while he takes money from you... Don't make the same mistake I did, this guy's legal representation is beyond amateur as he couldn't even get my case dismissed due to the judge and judge protem not having a proper oath of office and appointment recorded ;)... If you want to pay to lose hire this guy, I had to learn the hard way on this one. He did some of the most corrupt things during my case (ex. going back and reversing my previous not guilty plea I had submitted before he was even hired, and then threatened to quit my case unless I took a guilty plea (after the judge (without an oath) had already convicted and sentenced me without a trial on a Saturday when the court wasn't even open - which is completely and utterly illegal - I can see now why judge Portnoy wants to hurry up and retire in Dec 2021). I personally don't believe that Ken cared if I (an African American male who has had a Neurological condition for the last 33 years) received any type of justice , he seemed more worried about evading a trial so that the court and police (in the City of Lake Forest Park, WA) could avoid being put on public record for their crimes perpetrated against me (which have caused me a great deal of harm)... It is quite sad that some alleged public servants feel the need to commit multiple felonies against someone in order to falsely charge them with a misdemeanor, the people involved in my case know who they are and should take a long look in the mirror and realize that they are the real traitors and criminals that society warns us about! (So go ahead and hide behind your badges of dishonor, your black robes of deception, and your corrupt and foreign WSBA, at the end of the day your only lying to yourself and living in a STATE OF DENIAL). Note: As an alleged law enforcement official you cannot properly enforce the law when your breaking it worse than your alleged criminals, some people just don't understand the most simplest of concepts! The alleged Justice System here in WA is full of HYPOCRITES. UPDATE: The City of Lake Forest Park's insurance company (Washington Cities Insurance Authority) is just as kangaroo as LFP's police and court, they have refused to give me any factual reasons for the denial of my claim against the City, they just told me it was denied and indicated that they were ceasing further communication. I received a traffic ticket for a sizeable sum. I got referred to Ken, and am now absolutely pleased that I chose him as my attorney. It was a breeze working with him. I just had one phone call with him in the beginning, and the rest of the interaction was through email. In the phone call, he took time to listen to my case, patiently answered the myriad of questions I had, and gave clear advice. I ended the call quite assured. After the initial phone call with him, I probably had just a couple of emails now and then for him to update me on the case. Apparently Mr Tsiprin belives a traffic ticket is a hard thing to beat. I hired him in January of 2012 and it took him 5 months to bring my traffic ticket to trial. He decided to plea bargain my case and cost me an additional $200 dollars in fees. I paid him almost $200 to beat my case and he is nothing but full of excuses. If you hire anyone for a speeding ticket do not hire this guy. He made no effort to try and even beat my case-whats the use in hiring a lawyer like him when you can go out and beat a case yourself-without having a $200 dollar fee added for absolutely NOTHING. To top it off this guy belives he did is job. Buyer beware when you hire this lawyer he wont even try to beat your case!! read more

From the initial contact, to helping me to ask for contested hearing, to finally dismissing the traffic tickets, Ken Tsiprin had me covered and in good hands as he promised. He and his team are always responsive via email or over the phone. I could feel at ease to let him handle this issue and focus on my work. And he did it twice. I'm a tolerant person but I do have a keen eye. Yet I cannot feel anything uncomfortable even if I tune my picky level to the highest. A great case study for improving customer satisfaction: give them more than they expect. Good job Ken! Ken is a very professional lawyer in both traffic ticket and criminal charge area. I got a speeding traffic ticket and criminal charge for failing to stop/obey to the officer two years ago at the same time, Ken firstly helped me successfully dismissed my traffic ticket after two months, and then went to the court for 8 times with me within one year for my criminal charge case. I came back to Tsiprin because of the satisfaction I had with it the first time for my parking ticket and it didn't disappoint me either this time. I was in a serious car accident on the freeway and my car was tolled. The car in front of me made a sudden stop and I ended up rear-ending it. Tsiprin took my case and for 2 months I never had to care about the progress because they were handling it. Highly recommended! Ken was able to get my traffic infraction dismissed and was very prompt in providing updates when I occasionally sent him email. Since the courts were backed up due to Covid, it was about 4-5 months before the courts set a hearing date, so I got nervous that I missed the hearing or something got lost in the mail.
