Unfortunately, I found the quality inconsistent. I recently tried the Dubai chocolate-inspired Dream Cake and it honestly tasted like almost nothing. I also tried the cheesecake with strawberry topping, and the cheesecake was extremely dense while the topping tasted canned rather than fresh. The staff has always been very kind and welcoming, which makes this even more disappointing to write. What ultimately made me decide not to return was seeing political cupcakes displayed after the presidential election. Regardless of political beliefs, I personally feel businesses should stay neutral because politics are so divisive and can alienate customers on either side, especially in a diverse area like Staten Island's North Shore. It completely changed the feeling of the place for me, and I haven't gone back since. I truly wish the staff and bakery well, but overall I left disappointed.
