It seems that their standard operating procedure is to only swish water in the pitcher after each use. Even after I explained my daughter's life threatening allergies to all forms of nuts (including the almond milk they routinely use), gluten, soy, and some fruits- the woman still refused to clean it with soap and water. I explained that cross contamination could and would be life threatening- but she still refused. Even the other worker was willing to wash it for us but she shooed him away. Let me start by saying the staff is SO kind and accommodating. I hit them with an order of 20 breakfast sandwiches, they say no problem. I order a dozen donuts, and they give me an extra dozen on the house because I mentioned I was feeding a large group!
