    Crab and avocado toast
    Morganne M.

Not my favorite breakfast in town. The food is just ok and not worth having to pay to park. I ordered the crab avocado toast. Toast was burnt but the crab was great. My friend got the breakfast burrito and the eggs were green and gray from presumably sitting out for too long, it was so grossly discolored that she took them all out of her burrito. The potatoes that came with two of our party's dishes were soggy, undercooked and flavorless. My other friend did love the stuffed poblano though and like I said, crab was great. Service was quick. Didn't hate but wouldn't come back.

    So goood.

We're from out of town and came here based on a recommendation, and we're so glad we did! The place was busy, but we barely waited. The staff was super friendly and attentive from start to finish. The food was delicious, especially the peanut butter French toast--definitely a must-try if you love peanut butter! We'll definitely be back on our next vacation!

Parking: you will need to parallel park and pay for parking. There is not designated parking lot for Egg. There are a few parallel spots right out front, but you will need to mostly likely look for parking down the road. Seating: there are a good number of seats, in the front and there are a few tables in the back. They will not seat you until all of your party members are present. Food: the food was good! It was plated nicely and had a nice visual. It's a regular brunch place! The smoked bacon was good, if you want something sweet & salty. Bathroom: there are 2 bathrooms in the hallway toward the back of the restaurant. They are unisex bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a baby changing table inside. Price: they are normal/average prices for a brunch place. Some of the special seafood dishes are MP (market price). Service: our waitress was very kind and patient! She did a great job taking care of our table!

We visited Egg for brunch, and it was a lovely experience! This place is usually pretty busy, so we were lucky to get a table for four right away. I ordered the Egg Benedict with home fries, and both were quite tasty. My husband got a breakfast burrito and he likes it too. The only critique I have is that the home fries were a bit too soft for my liking - I prefer them crispier. Maybe some people enjoy them that way, and I probably should've specified, so that's on me too. Overall, it's a solid 4 stars from me. The service was great, and it's such a cute little brunch spot -- definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

My second year at Egg and I have now decided to review. This is one of my family's top breakfast spots in Rehoboth. Menu selection is great with different varieties to choose from. I always get the egg benedict but wanted to spice it up and try the eastern shore jumbo lump crab benedict this time which did not disappoint and I like that I can choose either a single or double portion! Egg, makes their egg dishes well! I think they're reasonably priced for their portion sizes and appreciate that some items come with sides like home fries. Service is also very attentive here. We have had no issues with wait times. A must visit breakfast spot to consider and definitely a return spot for me.

Really enjoyed our visit. We were sat right away at the bar on a Sunday (5 min wait for a table). The food came out insanely fast but it was perfectly cooked and delicious. I am pretty picky with my bacon and this was the best I've had in the area. We noticed there were many regulars sitting at the bar ordering "the usual" so that was cool. Service was efficient and friendly. The only thing I didn't really love was the bread. It wasn't bad but it was different, almost tasted like gluten free bread but I'm not really sure why. Will def be back though.

On a birthday getaway to Rehoboth for the weekend we discovered the PERFECT spot for breakfast! The vibe was top tier from the moment they greeted us at the door to the time we left and were wished a great day as we left! I am a big fan of crabs so it was a no-brainer when I saw the Eastern Shore Benedict!! It was divine and the hollandaise sauce was some of the best I've had! Great coffee too! I'll definitely be back! Gotta get that crab and avocado toast next!!!

Stopped in for breakfast, outdoor seating was nice but could've had a little more shading. Peanut butter French toast looked good prior to ordering. Really could have done without an entire jar of peanut butter though. Way overkill on the PB. Wish I just got it plain.

Our server was friendly, but the food wasn't the best. My boyfriend had one bite of the Crab Benedict and couldn't eat it. He said the crab didn't taste fresh and the sauce had no flavor. The breakfast potatoes were soggy, not really that good. The peanut butter French toast was fine, I wouldn't get it again.

We went to Egg around 10 am on a cloudy Monday morning in early June and fortunately, found a parking space right away in front of the restaurant. What luck! We decided to eat outside because with 6 adults we didn't have a lot of indoor seating options at that moment. We were quickly given water and our alcoholic drink orders were served quick too. My daughter did not like her espresso martini. It was served in a small plastic cup and the taste wasn't good and didn't look like most espresso martinis-there was no foam. But still costing $15. I enjoyed my crab Benedict - no issues at all We have eaten at Egg before, but this time our family wasn't as impressed with the taste of their food. Some felt it was just average. Service was good!

We stopped into Egg in Rehoboth Beach on Sunday, February 8th while celebrating a birthday, and it did not disappoint. We kicked things off with the Siriacha Bacon Candy and the sausage & cheese balls -- both were fantastic. The bacon was perfectly cooked with incredible flavor, and the sausage & cheese balls were such a hit that my son ordered a second round later in the meal (which says everything you need to know). For our entrées, we ordered the Croque Madame, Eastern Shore Benedict, and Two Eggs Your Way. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The Croque Madame was rich and satisfying, while the Eastern Shore Benedict had a great balance of flavors. Even the classic eggs breakfast felt elevated thanks to the quality ingredients. The kids all went with scrambled egg breakfasts, plus an order of pancakes, and there were zero complaints -- always a win when dining with kids. Beyond the food, the brunch cocktails were excellent. Creative, well-balanced, and absolutely worth ordering. Overall, Egg delivered a memorable brunch experience with delicious food, great drinks, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Perfect spot for a celebration or just a great start to your day in Rehoboth.

What can I say, the lines are out the door and even after high season we had to wait. The food is awesome and the bloody Mary too.

    Ask the Community - Egg

    Does Egg take reservations?

No, but especially on the weekends we will call to see what the wait time currently is.

What time does the lunch menu start on weekends?

What does the outdoor seating look like? Is it just a couple of tables in front or more extensive such as a covered patio with lots of capacity?

It has a covered patio and more. We ate there a few times and loved it.
