This detailing place is BAD BUSINESS. Their OL advertising and what their employees had told and lied to me that they would also do a quick clean on the car seats are a bunch of BS and now they want to charge me for another $80 just to clean some car seats that would cost me less than $20 and 30 mins to do....I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEN BECAUSE THEY CHARGE A LOT MORE TO DO A LOT LESS! I don't care what they say and yes, I was misled by their wordings and their techs also lied to me and said that he would also do a quick clean on the seat which he NEVER DID because if he had been honest about it, I would have Never signed the paper since I had trusted that he would do what he said he would. He left so many places inside my car like the glove compartments, the drinks holder uncleaned and when I saw how dirty they still were, I asked him to clean them which he finally did. This bad detailing service is so NOT worth $150 because I could have done all this myself with a $30 all materials provided Jay Leno interior and exterior car detailing kit. I recently brought my car in for detailing, expecting a top-notch job given the good reviews I'd seen. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to my expectations. The attention to detail just wasn't there--streaks were left on the windows, and several spots on the interior that should have been thoroughly cleaned were overlooked. It was disappointing, especially considering how much I value having my car properly cared for. That said, I do want to acknowledge the staff. They were incredibly kind and understanding when I brought up my concerns. They immediately offered to correct the mistakes, which I really appreciated. It's clear that they care about their customers and want to make things right. However, despite their efforts, I've come away feeling like I'd rather pay a bit more upfront to ensure the job is done correctly the first time. Having to go back to have things redone is frustrating, and I wish the quality had been there from the start. Michael did an excellent job. After 10 years of transporting my two kids, my car had various food and beverage stains inside. I had just about given up on cleaning the old stains on the upholstery before I made an appointment with Michael for "complete interior detailing" service. At the outset, I told Michael not to worry about completely removing some of the spots. (I figured that removing about 75% would make them far less visible.) Then, a few hours later, I returned to find the interior of my car magically transformed. All the stains were gone, and every inch was squeaky clean. Even though Michael ended up spending more time working than expected, he did not charge me over the quoted price -- which was reasonable to begin with. Now that I know about Michael's excellent interior detailing work, what do I care if there is a mad tea-party in the back seat? Spillages and crumbs aren't forever; Mama's love is. read more

This is an update to my original review dated 8/8/24. Following my original review, I was contacted by both, the manager as well as the actual owner of Effortless, Michael. Michael was genuinely concerned to the point of being upset that his staff failed to do a proper job. So concerned and upset in fact, that he personally got involved and took appropriate action to remedy the situation himself. I couldn't be more pleased. It is a very rare thing (especially these days) for an owner of a business to get involved personally and take steps to right a wrong. In this day and age where denial of responsibility and lack of any work ethic seems to be the norm, it is refreshing to see someone with Michael's character and integrity and I to commend Michael for it. read more

I found this this company by chance doing an internet search...And I am SO pleased I did! This mobile detailing company is exceptional. They offer a variety of detailing services, were flexible in scheduling a time that worked for me, and provided nice update reminders for my appointment. They arrived promptly and did an OUTSTANDING job. I had purchased this as a gift for my husband, and he was AMAZED (and he's not easily impressed). He said his car looks better now that when he picked it up new from the dealership!! I had called around looking for mobile detail companies and had made a couple of appointments but they never showed up or called. I called Effortless and received a quote and appointment right away. We scheduled a 0800 time and they arrived ready to work. Michael and Josiah spent the next two hours detailing my truck and it looks great. He explained the process and answered all my questions. Had some mild surface scratching all over my car from going through crappy car washes. I called them up and spoke to the owner and he said they get that a lot and can likely buff them out. We set an appointment and a tech came out to inspect. Had a slight issue with one of the techs and the owner called me and personally came out to inspect my car himself. He then drove my car to his shop, gave me his to use during the day while he got mine done and then dropped it back off looking like it came from the factory. read more

If you are looking for a deep deep clean, these guys are great. The mobile aspect is a big bonus. My car's interior went from dingy to like new again. Came in after a 1700 mile road trip from Wisconsin to Phoenix. When I say they have great service, I mean it they were prompt, courteous, and did a phenomenal job removing pet hair from 2 beautiful doggies I drove. Andrew and Nate did a great job on the interior of my Tahoe. I have owned it for 3 years and never cleaned it. At one point several cans of soda froze and exploded in the car. The interior had innumerable spills and three years of dirt, mud, and gravel ground into the carpet. The passenger leather had gum embedded in the seat. It looks brand new!! I parked my new car under a tree that shed sticky droppings (my mistake) all over the hood and roof. I brought it in to their shop in Phoenix (15% discount). Evan and his team left my car looking brand new again. All of the sticky droppings were removed and the car was left shining again.
