I called Gen3 and was fortunate enough to reach Morgan. She listened to my issue without interruption, and was genuinely caring, supportive and anxious to help me. Her kindness was so refreshing...it literally made me tear up. She spoke with her supervisor, made arrangements for the service, texted me an explanation of the cost and what to expect during the inspection. There was total transparency from Morgan and Gen3. Even the message on the company's machine is funny and shows their philosophy for treating customers. I am so impressed with Gen3 and with their choice of personnel, like Morgan. I cannot say enough about the wonderful treatment by a company. Highly recommend! Ask for Morgan...she is the best!!!
