I was introduced to Air Done Right through my Home Warranty company who called them out for a specific job / repair. In short and overall, I was really impressed with their knowledge, expertise, level of detail in their work and their communication as a team and to me as a customer. I was also impressed with the digital tools they used from a video on iphone to the advanced digital testing equipment they used. They communicated to me every step of the way so I understood what my problems were. And they communicated throughout the whole process to one another. Calling me to let me know they are on their way to my home, letting me know what the Home Warranty Company had approved, etc. I have never worked with an HVAC company that has been this professional and buttoned up. They made the entire process smooth and they fixed my problems well. (To put this into perspective, I have been in contract for a few years with another company to service my HVAC systems on two homes. That company had just been out to my house three weeks prior. The work that company did compared to the work Air Done Right did was night and day. The previous company missed all kinds of problems, didn't have the equipment Air Done Right has, and would send a young kid each time who I felt didn't have the level of experience needed for the job. We won't be working with that company any more. And will be giving the business to Air Done Right.) Jermain, Noel and Raquel, thank you for a job well done. read more

Scheduled an appointment, took time off, waited for 3 hours in 100 degree heat, past the scheduled arrival time. Exchanged texts and phone calls - informed they would would contact when they arrived. I was on site, back of the house, they didn't call, or text, just knocked once and left, no voicemail, no note. When I reached out to find what happened, they admitted they were hours late, and didn't leave VM, or text - but weren't concerned, nor made any effort to rectify it. I said I was frustrated that I spent my day, and they didn't honor the appointment, they said to find someone else, they weren't interested. Also - they list with Space-Pak as factory / registered service, but that they DO NOT service any existing installs, would only install new complete systems. If you are looking for consistency, follow through or service, I'd suggest elsewhere. read more

I am so glad I hired Air Done Right, an HONEST, expert, small, local, family-owned business to come and look at my Weil-McLain boiler system when it shut down. Another company had barely spent 10 minutes and tried to tell me I needed to replace the entire system and the tank for $25,000! Air Done Right took the time to carefully and expertly diagnose the situation and explain the problem to me. The system needed servicing and a few parts. They communicated throroughly and professionally with me throughout, and had me up and running for well under $2,000. It's so hard to know who to trust or what to believe, but this is the company I'll go to for HVAC in the future, as the trust and decency are there, and that is huge. They also really know what they're doing, as evidenced by the fact that they could talk to me about the quality and facets of the system installation which was done years before, as well as the many other aspects of their diagnostics with the problem at hand. I could not be happier, and they saved me over $20,000. read more

If Yelp had zero stars that's what I would give this company. PLEASE SHOP AROUND and READ REVIEWS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My Review is Below... I used Air Done Right on my first home which was a simple heating system. They didn't do a GREAT Job.. Just an OK job as everyone that has come into our property has found fault with nothing else but the HVAC and the sloppy placement of ductwork. Jermaine the owner is super arrogant and does not do any of the work himself. He leaves young apprentices who are inexperienced and often asks A lot of questions to the homeowners. None the less my boyfriend didn't seem to mind him and his prices were reasonable ( or so we thought). So we decided to use them on an investment property... what a horrible idea and I wish I would have stuck to my guns and discouraged my boyfriend from using them again. For starters they rushed us to get the job done as it was in the peak of the christmas season and they know we are sure clients for cash even though We would not be ready for the system until the following summer Air Done Right assured us that they would at least run the duct work and come back to finish whenever we were ready. I paid Air Done Right 100% Of their money despite 30% of the job being incomplete. In April when I was doing my rough inspection I learned that they had not even pulled a permit for the HVAC install which in Jermaine's words was "an over sight". So after a few nasty email exchanges he sent his wife to pull the permit which delayed approvals another week. I am at the tail end of the project and the drywall installer noticed that the duct work was not connected and my electrician noticed there weren't any wires ran for the thermostat and the plumber noticed he had not run the gas pipes to the basement for PGW to connect to. We called Jermaine to come and look at this and with his normal arrogant self he said he had to look at the contract to see if the thermostat install was included and the gas lines. I'm thinking to myself why would it not be? That's all apart of HVAC installation which he said he would come back to complete when we were ready?? He came days later to fix the incomplete duct work and said he would install the thermostat. Today 9/15/16 My boyfriend called Jermaine to discuss the gas line install which should have been done at the start of the job and after a few verbal unprofessional exchanges he will not be back to complete our job which he was paid IN FULL. Please do yourself a favor and shop around. There are many other HVAC companies with the same if not better prices who care about their customers and their needs and give them exactly what they want in terms of ductwork. This company is dishonest, disloyal, lazy and does insufficient work which I am now learning in my Journey as a real estate developer. read more

Air Done Right - Incomplete duct work - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

They are not to be trusted. They put a furnace in that broke two weeks later and refused to replace it. Jermaine continued to make service calls and acted concerned every time he walked into my freezing house telling lies using his heater toys saying everything is okay. I lived a whole winter without heat until I could afford to purchase a new one. They are scam artists. Don't trust this company. I would give them a minus 5 if I could. read more

Well, where do I start. I was to referred by friend of a friend that all ways does business with Air Done Right. My friend was so satisfied with their professional service I decided to give them a try. For the last four months my Central air unit was not working properly. So I scheduled a appointment and they came out two days later. They arrived 10 minutes before their schedule time. The gentleman carefully educated me about the system I currently had and some of the things he seen that were improperly installed. I thought her was going to say a new unit. Little to my surprise not only did he salvage my old unit after a few modification, but he also added a a/c vent in my basement. Everything fit within my budget too! read more

One of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet. He will take his time to explain everything that he's doing and even go into detail into any questions you have over how your heating system works, etc. I didn't feel rushed at all when he was here and felt no pressure to do anything. All the options were laid out in clear layman's speak and the prices were extremely reasonable! My furnace was fixed in about 30 minutes and what can I say.. Jermaine deserves his 5 star status on yelp. read more

I was having issues with my furnace. I had several other people come out and try to help, all with astronomical prices and extremely unhelpful. They all told me they couldn't help me till the next day. It was below 15degrees outside I knew waiting was not an option as the chances of my pipes bursting were high. I found Air Done Right and Raquel who answered he phone was so prompt, professional and empathetic. She got all of my information and said Jermaine was going to come help me. Needless to say Jermaine was out right away, and helped fix my problem that night. He was extremely helpful, courteous, professional and very timely. He has a customer for life now and he knows it! Very appreciative of both Raquel and Jermaine during a difficult time. High quality service at an affordable price with the best customer service in the game! Thanks guys!! See you in the spring! read more

I used this company because I knew someone affiliated with the company, but hindsight is 20/20. They install went ok, I guess (I had heat). I had to call them back a couple days later because the heater wasn't heating over, say, 72 degrees. They came back and did something, who knows what, but it was working. That heater was installed Feb of 2016. Fast forward to now, I'm having a problem, not even a year later. The heater isn't working properly. I called and spoke with the owner's wife and wasn't really happy with all the excuses being given. And long story short, there a valve that should have been replaced when they installed the heater, that wasn't and so water is leaking and they haven't returned my last call regarding how much it would be to fix something that should have been done at the time they took my money and installed my heater. I will NEVER refer any or use them again! read more

Very professional and knowledgeable. Full disclosure: I work for a supply house where Air Done Right buys their equipment and I can tell you from my end, they buy the best stuff & all the most well made materials, presumably because they want their customers to have a no hassle lifetime for their equipment. Being as I work at a supply house, I know hundreds of contractors on a personal basis. And, of all the HVAC mechanics, in all of Philadelphia, these guys, Air Done Right, are who I sent to my parents house, and you know what, my folks air is Done Right. read more

This guy Jamaine ripped me off by putting in a broken furnace that had a crack in it and/or cracked but refused to replace it before the one year warranty had expired. Two weeks after installing the furnace, it had a loud banging sound that shook the house. He fixed that problem, but the fumes kept coming throughout the house. Later I was told by the city that the furnace was for a mobile home and too small for the size of my house. Yes he is very superficially nice as far as coming and playing with his heater toys. He and his wife are very cunning people. He kept taking my money saying that nothing was wrong with the furnace through a home warranty plan I had at the time. He visit my home numerous times while I was sitting in a freezing house, claiming nothing was wrong even though the furnace was spewing fumes throughout the house. I contacted the gas company and pgw tagged the heated as broken and not to be used. He came again and said nothing was wrong with the heater and took the slip from the gas company. I call the company who manufacturer the furnace, the company told me to have Jamaine call them when he come so the problem can be fixed. I gave Jamaine the information when he came and he refused to call the manufacturer, he just pulled his heater toys out and said his usual, nothing is wrong. I filed with the BBB which was left unresolved. I lived a whole winter without heat and part of the next hearing season in the cold until I could come up with the money for a new furnace. The home warranty company refunded my contract money. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, they are rip offs. I give Jamaine's business a minus 100 stars. His HVAC certification should be terminated and this should be business shut down! read more

Had a tech (the owner) of Air Done Right come to my house to see why my AC unit was not getting cold... He tells me I'm out of coolant... Said he filled it and my home should be cool within a few hours... Few hours later my home still was not cold or cooler...called them back the next day to inform them that it's still not cold... Said they will put me on the schedule for a return visit... Took two weeks for them to come back... Tech(owner) said he did a series of test and long story short said that I need a bigger unit the one I had wasn't big enough to cool my house...even though it's cooled my house with no problem in the past... He quoted me a price for new unit and left...I called Meenan the next day to get a second opinion... Tech from Meenan came out said my unit was empty which was weird because Air Done Right just filled it up...Meenan filled my unit and it got cold right away and my home was cold within 2 hrs...and has been cold ever since....which bring me to the conclusion that Air Done Right couldn't have filled my unit like he said and have me pay for a service that was not render...I would never use them or recommend them to anyone read more
