I like that this store has various sales and many different brands. The prices are a little expensive but the sales help. Club Champion Orlando - Master Fitter Jay Marino…read more I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Club Champion in Orlando with Master Fitter & Builder, Jay Marino. From start to finish, Jay was incredible--patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I did a full-bag fitting (driver, fairway woods, irons, wedges, and putter), and it was hands-down the best fitting experience I've ever had. Before we even started, Jay listened carefully to my goals and my feedback, and we set a clear budget together. At no point did I feel pressured or pushed toward anything. The entire session felt relaxed and collaborative, and Jay made sure I was 100% comfortable throughout. My fitting went well past the original scheduled time, yet Jay never rushed a single moment. He was thorough with every club, offering minor swing tips along the way, and he even fixed my putting setup in under five minutes--which alone was worth the visit. I truly cannot recommend Jay highly enough. His professionalism, expertise, and calming presence made this experience exceptional. I would go back 100 out of 100 times. I'm incredibly excited about my new clubs and feel confident knowing every detail was dialed in perfectly. If you're considering a fitting, do yourself a favor and book with Jay. You won't regret it.

I first placed the order for my cake, then went to get my hair done, and when I arrived at the store, I discovered that they had damaged my car windows. They did this simply for the sake of causing damage, because there was not even a single customer at the business. There was absolutely no sign in the area where I parked indicating that parking was prohibited. Instead of damaging people's property because they apparently have nothing better to do, they should first make sure that the vehicle does not belong to a legitimate customer visiting several businesses within the same shopping center. I will be filing a formal complaint with the City of Orlando. This behavior is arbitrary, disrespectful, unjustified, and completely unacceptable. HORRIBLE BUSINESSES LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT EXIST.

In January of this year I did a complete shift! I started planning for a big 2027. I was told the most influential people are at golf courses. Well, I called a very good friend who happens to be a very good golfer and was invited to come to the PGA in Florida! Who would turn down the PGA? PGA tickets at Arnold Palmer range from regular tickets being $100 to the Orange Grove option which was a luxury package including all-inclusive food and beverage and clubhouse access. Two-day packages (Thursday and Friday or Saturday and Sunday) started at $2,000, while the full-week four-round package STARTED at $3,500. Arnold Palmer is well maintained and super swanky! I was able to talk to the volunteers and was shocked to learn that they volunteer to help run these events. Talk about Sports LOVERS! Geeeez! And they have done it for years! The golf course is huge! I had no idea that women wear sneakers to this event. I was there looking girly with designer sandals and a sundress and felt out of place. Ladies: come comfortable, you will be walking. Even VIPS walk. Save your designer shoes, this place is a golf course, full of dirt and plush green grass. Rookie mistake! Overall, loved this event. Didn't eat the food even though it was provided! This is a review for their archery department…read more I decided recently that I wanted to get back into archery (which for me means traditional target shooting with a recurve bow). After receiving terrible service at a local shop in Gainesville, my boyfriend (who was buying this for me as a birthday present) and I came here. Upon walking into that section they really only have compound bows for bowhunting on display and some very expensive all wood recurves hanging behind the counter. There were plenty of people behind the counter though, and one man asked if we needed any help. We told him what we were looking for and that I was a novice archer who had last shot about 6 years ago. He promptly pulled a box out from underneath the counter, told us the price and asked if it was in our range. We said yes and he began putting it together for us. After he had put it together and showed me how it was done, he had me draw it. I said it was fine and more than I shot in High School, which is what I'm looking for since my archery teacher was always pushing me to try a stronger resistance. He then showed me a product called a "whisker biscuit" (I know, sounds lewd right?), which is basically a special attachment to help with nocking the arrow. It holds the arrow in place, meaning it won't fall out mid-release...which I agree is a good idea to have for a novice...especially since this has happened to me! So he attached that on for us. I asked him about a sight and he led us over to where they sell them and selected one to recommend at my re quest of a reasonably priced one. He picked one out and I looked at it, and really liked it! Fiber optic sight with several different pins to mark different distances so there is no need for adjustment once you set them. After attaching everything we had picked out he asked if we need it taken back apart and we did so he obliged. He let us know there was a sale on some arrows and we picked them up as well; he cut them to the proper size and then we were ready to check out! I know it kind of sounds like he was trying to upsell me on a lot of things, but he did listen to our concerns about price and we knew exactly what we were buying. When recommending a product he told us exactly what it was and why it was a good idea, but never said it was a necessity. At any time we could have requested something cheaper or different and I'm sure he would have obliged us with no problem. Great experience, excellent service. Will definitely come back if I need anything. I'm just sad they're in Orlando and not Gainesville :(
