They did this simply for the sake of causing damage, because there was not even a single customer at the business. There was absolutely no sign in the area where I parked indicating that parking was prohibited. Instead of damaging people's property because they apparently have nothing better to do, they should first make sure that the vehicle does not belong to a legitimate customer visiting several businesses within the same shopping center. From start to finish, Jay was incredible--patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I did a full-bag fitting (driver, fairway woods, irons, wedges, and putter), and it was hands-down the best fitting experience I've ever had. Before we even started, Jay listened carefully to my goals and my feedback, and we set a clear budget together. At no point did I feel pressured or pushed toward anything. The entire session felt relaxed and collaborative, and Jay made sure I was 100% comfortable throughout. My fitting went well past the original scheduled time, yet Jay never rushed a single moment. He was thorough with every club, offering minor swing tips along the way, and he even fixed my putting setup in under five minutes--which alone was worth the visit. I didn't know what to expect but I booked a four hour session online at the date and time of my convenience. There are a few guys who do the fitting and you can request a particular individual, but I didn't know any of them so I went with whoever was scheduled that day- Darren Joubert. Darren sent me a couple emails ahead of time trying to figure out what I wanted to accomplish. Of course I had no idea. I just heard this place was great for clubs. I brought my bag of clubs in, as instructed, and proceeded to hit a few balls. Using track man, my speed, trajectory, club face etc were mapped out. Different club heads, shafts and grips came my way. Using the truck man technology, the best combinations were created to maximize the loft and back spin on my irons, their club gap etc. For the driver, it was maximized for distance and trajectory as well as consistency. I loved how it was a more neutral facing club v mine. The putter technology was insane. It measured the club face, the angle, where the weight is, etc. thankfully I was already playing with a blade putter, which is what ended up being the type of putter I'm supposed to be playing with. However, the weight on mine was off and I hated my grip. So I ended up with a new putter. In the end, I hit over 300 golf balls. I had a fun time with Darren, chatting about golf etc. I purchased an entire bag, minus a 3 wood, which I rarely use. My clubs were promised in 5-6 weeks but they showed up in 2-3 weeks. Very fast. Although they offered to ship them to my home after their inspection at the store, I deferred since I knew I would be able to pick them up sooner than shipping would happen. I've taken my clubs out on the range twice now and had one round of golf so far. I'm liking the club weight. I'm hitting decent. Some shots are way better. I would say the backspin I never had is finally here! My distances are predictable. I still need some time to get used to them and undo some of the habits I was doing to make my former clubs work for me. I appreciate they offer three hours of track man session and warranties on all their club parts. They said to play at least 5-6 times before any more tweaks are made. I would recommend this place. But be ready to spend a lot of money. A lot. I was quite surprised by the amount I spent that day but I'm hoping this will really up my game. I don't play daily like these guys but I aim to play weekly. I may even travel with these clubs instead of renting when I travel. I am excited to shoot under a hundred regularly. Everyone keeps asking me what clubs I got. It's not a particular club at this place. They literally build your clubs. So my iron heads are Taylor made, my hybrid is a ping, my driver is a Callaway but the shafts are all custom and I was able to pick my grips as well. Everything is custom. So what kind of clubs did I get? I got mine. My clubs. I'd say I'd love to gift this experience to a friend but as I said before, a bit of sticker shock. Thankfully my swing style wasn't loving the most expensive items and they have no need to push a particular brand. Customers here are customers for life; they return as their game improves and make more tweaks and upgrade their clubs etc. They have a buy back program for old clubs, although I'm not sure what happens to them? No freebies were tossed in- no bag for my clubs. Although being a member of a local club got me a discount and buying a full set of clubs gave me a discount on my full session. Overall I'm very pleased and I can't wait to get out and play more.

A few years layer I got my glock 43x Mos over there and they were really nice, explained everything to me. Honestly, if this is how they treat first-time customers, I would think twice before purchasing a firearm from this store. Before making the trip, I called the Orlando location and specifically asked whether having my concealed carry license would allow me to complete the purchase and leave with my firearm that same day. I was told yes, no problem. Based on that information, I drove an hour out of my way to the store. When I arrived, I was then told that I could NOT leave with the firearm because the state-level firearm background check portal/store's background check system closes at 9:00 PM. This was extremely frustrating because I had already taken the time to call ahead and specifically ask about this. Rather than walk away from the purchase, I decided to have the firearm shipped to my local Bass Pro Shops. I asked the salesperson when it would arrive, and I was told Saturday, Sunday at the latest, or Monday. I had a trip planned and was leaving Monday, so this information was important to me. Then I checked the FedEx tracking information and saw that the delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. I contacted FedEx, and they told me the shipper scheduled the delivery for Tuesday. At this point, I am beyond disappointed. This entire situation could have been avoided with simple, accurate communication. I called ahead, asked specific questions, drove an hour out of my way, and still ended up with incorrect information and a delivery date that did not match what I was told. For something as important as purchasing a firearm, customers should be able to expect clear communication, accurate information, and competent customer service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at the Orlando Bass Pro Shops. This was my first firearm purchase, and instead of being a positive experience, it has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a firearm from this location. If you are considering buying one here, I strongly recommend confirming every detail yourself before making the trip because what you are told over the phone may not be what happens when you arrive.
