I feel like I need to provide my experience regarding service to counterbalance the two reviews that mention service as a negative. I live in the states, so I'm not a regular physical client at their Jermyn Street store, but my experiences ordering from the store via e-mail were flawless. Luca, the sales manager, always answered my e-mails promptly and efficiently, answered any and all questions, and even provided various suggestions on sizing, style, etc.
My shoes came more-or-less within the timeframe specified upon ordering, and I'm completely satisfied with the quality, both in terms of the shoes, and the service I received - both during and after the ordering process.
