Great shoes, terrible service for online orders.
I live in the US and ordered a pair of Grenson online. I received the shoes, which were a beautiful reddish tan, but they were a half-size too large. So I shipped them back. After a week, I saw that they were held up at DHL pending a question that only Grenson could answer. I wrote to the good folks at Grenson with the waybill number and the phone number for DHL and asked them to call. I received a curt note back, saying, "We have not had any contact from DHL, unfortunately the responsibility for the return of the shoes is down to yourself."
In other words, Grenson says, "We don't care, it's your problem."
Eventually, I had to call DHL and beg for the package to be released. Once it did, Grenson graciously sent out the correct size. After another week passed, I received the shoes...but they were the wrong color.
I pointed out that I had originallly purchased a beautiful reddish tan pair of shoes and now received a plain brown pair. Grenson insisted the originals were brown, even though no color is listed on the original invoice. If the original pair were supposed to be brown, why did they send me tan? I asked, but didn't bother for a response.
