It honestly left me feeling overwhelmed. A staff from my kids' preschool recommended Hacienda Kidz Dental, and the experience was the complete opposite. I went in initially because I booked a clean up appointment since it's been a minute that I haven't been to the dentist for a clean up so I booked one with them , the day I went in I had a scheduled appointment I made it took them a while to call me back I said okay that's fine because they seemed to have a couple people ahead of me. Once they did finally call me back all they did was sat me on the chair and tell me "oh looks like you have a lot of build up I'm sorry I can't clean your teeth today , you would have to come back and schedule a deep cleaning ". Which I said okay that's fine schedule me in then? And then they proceeded to just say well now we have to wait till your insurance approves it it's been 3 weeks since I been waiting for them to give me a call and no call has been made , I even called them back to check up on the approval and they keep lagging it I complained to them about my cavity as well that my teeth feel really sensitive and I see the cavity getting darker on my teeth the last thing I want to happen is the cavity eating away my tooth and that causing a tooth decay the fact that they scheduled me and charged my insurance for nothing and now they don't even want to make a appointment for me to get my cavity filled shows me they just about money and not have the intentions of helping their patients nor do they care about the health of the patients . I don't recommend this place at all it's not the same as it was before the last owners retired just go and look for another dentist cause that's what I had to do. Even the new dentist I found got me in right away and booked me for my cavity filling and approved it way quicker than them
