Instead of fixing the the car they deemed it a total loss. Saying it was my fault, for not putting oil in it. Which it had oil in it. Also instead of remedying the problem or getting me Into another car. They just said you owe for the car and we won't fix it. Terrble customer service too. Beware, they are scammers.

At the time of sale for my vehicle they stated the tint was legal in Ohio, but it was not. Ohio law…read moreprohibits car dealer vehicle sales with illegal tint, so they should have addressed this before selling the car. I requested reimbursement for the ticket I received as well as the replacement of the tint on the first and second row side windows, not the back windows. They refuse to reimburse the full amount because the second row windows in Ohio don't have any restrictions, same for the back window. I didn't agree to a purchase of a vehicle with mismatch tint, so I guess my next step if filing a lawsuit.

That was unnecessary as there were many pictures on CarGurus, and we felt pretty confident as the dealership had a 5 star rating. We live in Kentucky and were visiting family in Pittsburgh area for Christmas, so the drive home made this stop barely out of our way. However, due to van problems with our current vehicle's tires we were later getting to the dealership. We kept in contact though, and Matthew was ready with the vehicle when we arrived. It was a beautiful 2018 Prius 4, and we were ready to buy. Unfortunately, my checkbook had been left at home in KY by mistake and, due to our tire mishap, we were too late to do a wire transfer from our bank. The finance guy was awesome, though I cannot remember his name, and worked something out with us to enable us to drive out with the vehicle that day! What above and beyond service! They were such a blessing and saved us another round trip of about 7 hours, if we had had to come back another day. So thankful! What a super company!

We purchased a '14 Subaru Impreza from Golden Rule about 4 months ago. A month after we bought the…read morecar the muffler broke away from the tailpipe. About 2 weeks ago the brakes just gave out. We found that all of the brake lines were rusted through. We took the car to our mechanic for repair and he did determine that the entire brake line system would need to be replaced. He also found several large rust holes in the frame that would need to be repaired. He then called us the next day to say that there are heat shields missing, a bad transmission mount, a bad motor mount, a rusted out u-bolt on the driveshaft, and all rotors and brakes would need to be replaced. As a result, the car will not pass PA inspection. The car is now sitting and undrivable as the cost to repair is almost as much as we paid for the car. This car should not have been sold with the condition that it is in. I am currently working with an attorney to see what legal options are available to us.
