Not being very good at conducting phone calls should have been my indication of poor costumer service, but I thought I might visit to see what he has to say since he mentioned that he couldn't assess unless he saw the coat. Within moments of my visit to the store, Nam said he didn't want to take on the job because he was too old and only looking for easy jobs. He doesn't have to take my business, but this was a complete waste of my time. I do not recommend going to Nam unless you want a similar and poor experience. Again, zero stars.
