(TL;DR version at end) I had heard of EDR long before my first visit. The buzz amongst my peers was that EDR is so good at what they do, that it is widely considered to be the only place to take your bike when you want precision Dyno services or when you want it to run like an absolute pro bike. I planned an elaborate exhaust mod on my 2014 KTM 690 Duke for a long time as I saved money and bought parts. I emailed a number of questions along the way and was met with absolute professionalism, solid knowledge and nothing short of phenomenal customer service! So, I threw a somewhat unorthodox bike at them and a TON of parts, at the height of the summer riding season, and with record turn-around time and very fair prices, they turned my (already a wheelie machine) bike into an absolute monster!!! I had high expectations and they far exceeded every single one of them. Hiring EDR to work on your bike is like having the opportunity to hire Michelangelo to help you paint your house. I now carry around their business card, to give to any motorcyclist looking for a world-class moto shop. I don't care if you're a surgeon on a high-end, fully-loaded Panagale or a blue collar Joe (Jane) on an 8 year old, one-owner, used 600-something or another, this shop offers fair and competitive rates and they are absolutely motorcycle masters! Even when my aftermarket parts created unforeseen fitment issues, the team kept me well-informed of my options and rose to the task with a sincere attitude of "this is your baby, I understand that, and I want you to be happy as you can possibly be when you get it back." From my perspective, the whole exchange felt more like friends doing me a huge solid, than a mere business transaction. Every part of the EDR team that I've interacted with are skilled, ethical, friendly and professional. I just can't say enough good about EDR to fully convey how grateful I am to have found them, and to have entrusted them with my baby Duke. "Baby" is not a term that will ever be associated with my bike again! Special shout-out to Anton--that guy is a superstar! I neglected to post this review for the whole summer riding season simply because I'm busy and forgetful, but I'm posting it now because Anton and the team at EDR are just simply not people that you want to forget to "pay it forward." Purchased a new to me KTM SMT. Was not as smooth as I knew it could be. EDR dyno tuned the ECU exquisitely. Throttle response is immediate and smooth. While doing this work they noticed little things that could have turned into bigger things like a small weeping of the fork seal. They kept me informed the entire time. My front tire was all messed up on the bike we just bought, so i got a new tire online. Then found out that nobody would put my tire on for me. I called EDR and they said they would replace it for me I decided to pick it up from the shop it was at in Corvallis that couldn't work on my axles on the 2011 gxsr 750. I got it to EDR and they showed me options, explained differences in them and best option! Found out that the forks were blown and had no front brakes! They fixed it all and got the bike in and out in a timely manner! Great people good choices, good communication. These guys seem to know their stuff and it's evident that the guys here have a huge roadracing following as well. There is a lot of cool racing bikes in the back that you could take a look at if you ever get a chance to be back there. I only have purchased little things and such, but I'm planning on letting them handle most of the engine work on my CBR in the future as far as I can see. My uncle got into a little accident on his bike and was quoted accurately for parts and labor and his bike was fixed in a timely manner. NO hassles or bullsh*t like other crappy shops. And their service is great as far as I'm concerned. I'd say their prices are fair and not over-the-top from what I was quoted on regular maintenance stuff. Went in to get a few simple things done oil change spark plugs and injectors and few requests like installing my after market sprocket bolts rear disc and with getting fork seals re done also bought tires with them and asked for my chain to be cleaned and upgraded my front brakes it was a very steep price of about 2300 dollars for those things mind you they re gapped my spark plugs didn't replace and only cleaned my injectors however I was okay with this until I got called to pick up my bike immediately upon receiving my bike the chain was exactly like I had left it filthy I had to ask them if they even wiped it down at all and they said yes but they could do it again for me I said yes please and they then cleaned it few days later I realized they didn't give me back any of my original parts not my OEM rear disc brake which was fine none of my OEM hardware for my sprocket. Worst part is yet to come I was out on a ride with my wife when I look down after parking and realized that one of my bolts had been left loose I called to try and See if I can take it back to have them torque them down I was speaking with Bo and he then said yeah those bolts aren't locking bolts and shouldn't go on there so then makes me wonder why they installed them if that's the case anyway I go to take it in so they can fix the issue bo says he's they cannot tighten my sprocket nuts without cutting my chain off and that they have no chains my size in stock yes you heard that right he said he would have to cut my chain off to remove the rear tire idk how gullible he thinks I am then he says we are gonna put some loctite on there and see if that will hold it in place he rides my bike to the back and 3 min later brings it back out front and says done sure enough i looked they didn't do jack at this point I just left but they definitely Didn't care to make things right with me who spent 2300 dollars with them so if you're feeling optimistic go ahead and try to deal with them for me never again will I go there completely got disrespected on another level but you win some and you lose some you go to EDR you'll lose a lot of time and money FACT read more

I had an issue with my exhaust sound. It was unstable, and my friends said that I need to tune PCV properly. So I found EDR performance, prices are high but they're have a good reviews. I make decision to pay more for high quality service and I was wrong. Not everything that expensive has a good quality. They tuned PCV, recommended me to do ECU flash + spark plugs replace and air filter. I paid 700$. Dyno tune print only showing bike performance BEFORE tune, which doesn't make any sense. I want to know how much HP I have after tune, not before. My exhaust sound being even worst. So I texted Bo to know why is that doing that sounds. He said that it's tuned idling sounds like that and I asked them to fix that. They skip my tuned idling to stock settings and that's it. It's changed nothing! Exhaust still doing "woob woob woob" sound. I ask Bo why and he explained me that it's normal thing and if I really want to fix that issue it's going to be 120$ extra. Have no idea why they offered me to do that. I waste a day to get bike back and skip idle to stock. I said, that I already paid 700$ and I'm not ready to pay more and ask him to tune idle like it was before and that's it, I'll forgot about everything. They said, that I have to pay fee if I want to get tuned idle back.... Disappointed. Frustrated. Unsatisfied at all. Paid 700$ for +4hp and worst exhaust sound. Plus I lost 2 days, because I had to bring bike twice. Not worth it. P.S. Nothing with Bo. He's a good man who tried to explain me stuff.Really appreciate him. I picked up a Ninja 250 in December as my first bike. It was a craigslist find, and knowing nothing about bikes, I felt comfortable having someone check it over. I stopped in here with the idea that they are more 600cc bikes and up that are built for the track, but even with my little ninja 250 I felt right at home. I talked to Eric S. on the phone and later in person when I came in, and he was super friendly and full of knowledge and answered any and all questions I had. I ended up having them go through and change the oil, bleed the brakes, clean it down and make sure it is all running smoothly as I soon after was leaving to college. I went to EDR performance to have some modifications to my 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 done. I wanted to lose the stock exhaust and get my ECU flashed, and a dyno tune. They also suggested getting a Power Commander V to be able to tweak the fuel mapping. So, I ordered a full Arrow exhaust along with a Power Commander V. When the parts were in, I took my bike in to get the work done. They weren't very forthcoming with information concerning the install. It seems that they were unable to flash the ECU because they didn't have the correct harness to connect to it, and were unwilling to acquire one. I didn't find this out until they called me up and told me the bike was ready to pick up. After waiting a week later than expected to get the bike, I get it back with a key piece of the mod unfinished. After some research, I found a shop that will flash my ECU. I told them what EDR pulled, and they said if they didn't have the correct harness, they would get one. The downside is that the shop is in Kirkland, Washington, about a 200 mile ride one way for me. Also, I was informed that it would be best to dyno the bike again after the flash. At the end of the day, the feeling EDR left me with was empty and worked over after spending $2500.00. Be careful doing business with them, they do not follow through with what they say they can do. read more
