Not happy. I bought a used 2021 BMW from them recently, and they never disclosed that the bike had been dropped and damaged. Damaged OEM muffler, right bar end, and broken clutch lever. Be very careful when dealing with these folks. Notice when their last Yelp review was. Oct. 2022.

Ducati requires a $2,000+ tool to reset the oil change reminder on most if not all the new bikes. MotoCorsa will charge approx $84 just for the reset, double that for the oil change. Furthermore, the owners manual says service work is only allowed by Ducati-authorized dealer. If you are a DIY motorcycle owner, AVOID DUCATI! I lost $4k getting away from my "dream bike."

I contacted Motocorsa through their website because I was looking for a Ducati Panigale V4 916 25 Anniversario with a serial number on the upper triple clamp that I preferred (I have a list of numbers that I like). I noticed that Motocorsa had one with Serial#75 and I would love to purchase that bike, unfortunately, that bike was sold. Jarrod Weis the sales manager immediately reach back to me and let me know the serial numbers of the bikes he has in stock. He also informed me that he will be getting a third bike. And a few weeks later Jarrod contacted me again for the third bike serial number. In between, we communicated by email many times, and Jarrod was always pleasant and great to work with. However, turn out this third bike also come with a serial number that was not on my preferred number list. Plus, I was lucky enough to find one bike with a serial number #210 that I like from another dealer (at another state). If Jarrod had the serial number that I like, I would not hesitate to work a deal with him. Unfortunately, Ducati USA ship the bike (and it's serial number) randomly. The dealer won't even know what serial number they get until the last minute or until they actually received the bike. Having said that, I want to post this review on Yelp as an appreciation for the excellent service that I received from Jarrod at Motocorsa. If I am looking to purchase another Ducati, Jarrod and Motocorsa will be one of the very few dealerships that I will buy from. Thanks again from Howard

I was a Quality Control agent for the Feds for years. I'm not easily impressed but today at MotoCorsa I was ecstatic with the standards of excellence I found in every department of this bike shop! I bought a new Ducati for a screaming good deal! Kelly hooked me up with such great advice and bargains! Todd made all the magic happen! He's a no BS sales dude who's brilliant knowledge and teaching, was exactly what I'm always looking for, but rarely find. Todd thank you for giving me the hookup to pull the trigger! Tamara was great with gear info and advice, Jason's kind help loading my bike was super appreciated. This team made my bike dream a reality way before I thought it could happen. MotoCorsa is a team that runs as smooth as their Stellar Ducati's. the shop is beautiful and the team is top notch. Shop here, you'll be glad you did!

I am really happy with motocorsa. Whenever I need something I am always met with a "can do" attitude. I was casually shopping for bikes and needed some advice on what to buy. Jason answered all my questions and took the time to work with me over text and phone calls to make a deal work. I have had quite a few experiences with dealers and this was top tier. Kelly was quick and accurate with all the documents, I didn't feel any pressure at anytime. If you are looking to buy a bike this is the spot, they know all about the bikes and they know how to set your experience apart. You will feel special and then you will ride away with a huge smile.

Non Harley brand spark plugs were used. They took apart my carb said nothing was wrong with it so did not put it on the invoice and told me to just ride with the choke out because it was coughing ended up burning a hole in the diaphragm.... Again at this time I was very ignorant to mechanics and motorcycles now I am more informed In the end they charged me $400 for both oil change, new handlebar risers ,off brand spark plug's and a new pet kock (that they had to go get from Harley) Way overpriced!! Called 2 years later which is today to potentially get a new back tire put on my bike. I brought up the bad experience I had in the past the owner got extremely defensive called me a liar and told me not to ever call his shop again. Can't wait to see his comments on this review if you read all the reviews on this shop's yelp page it will be a good laugh and kind of disgusting on how much this shop gets away with in regards to shitty customer service..... All in all if you're smart you'll take your business elsewhere.

Whatever, not the biggest deal, even though they tried to charge me for the retune and I had to negotiate...but yeah, whatever. Today, however, I brought it in for a check engine code and it turns out the bolts they used to attach the pipes to the engine had fallen out and when I asked the guy how that could have happened he said "whoever installed them didn't use locktite." When I told him that they are the ones who installed them, he seemed a bit embarrassed and said he'd get me a discount. Already I was annoyed because I shouldn't have to pay at all for them to fix a shoddy job, but when we next spoke the guy tells me there will be no discount because they only have a 1 year warrantee and this job happened a couple weeks more than 1 year ago. When I said that I understand there's a policy, but this is a bit of an extreme situation where I paid them to do a job that was done incorrectly and shouldn't have to get ripped off paying again for it, the guy countered saying the job was done correctly and it turns out "locktite can melt" so there was no fault on their part. Yeah right dude, nice try, people don't get new pipes installed and then have to replace the bolts every year because the locktite melts off. If I had been offered a discount I would have at least been persuaded to let them do the work, even though I would still be unhappy, but to specifically tell me that I must pay full price is a slap in the face. After that, the guys seemed totally fine with me walking out and losing what could have been a customer for years to come, which I just cannot understand. I dunno, maybe there's something about me that makes them not want to be my mechanic? Well, never again. I am incredibly disappointed because at first they seemed really cool, but I refuse to be pushed around by people who act like it's a privilege for me to be allowed in there. Also, tip to the owner, the new guy sucks on the phone; you should try to get the girl back who at least was able to sound welcoming.

As a new rider I had lots of questions and Todd and Kevin had lots of answers and patience. The first couple visits there there were several bikes that I was interested in but none seemed to really grab me and fit me as a rider and the riding I plan on doing. I appreciated the time they took to get to know me and the bikes and types of riding I wanted to do. They explained why they steered me away from certain bikes that they didn't think were good fits at the time and why other bikes might be better fits for me and when that time might be. When I did decide on the bike I really wanted (a sport classic GT1000) they coincidentally had one on consignment and rest is history... The purchasing process was smooth and painless and as a dealer experience (MotoCorsa) it is by far the more enjoyable of my motor vehicle dealer experiences.
