I was sad…read moreto learn (after bringing my 2014 Lexus in for a check up/testing) that Lexus found coolant pooled in cylinder 2 of my car, as well as traces of coolant in cylinder 6. Head gasket had failed. I was recommended replacement engine rather than engine repair due to extremely high mileage on my car. I was devastated, sad and depressed because aside from having sentimental value in my car, I had just spent money on new struts, tires, a battery, filter and other services to keep my car running smoothly. The last thing that I wanted to do, at that moment in time, was buy a new car. I lost sleep over it and even cried (I was pretty upset ). However, everyone that I dealt with at Lexus, from Garrett in the service center (who helped me understand what my options were once he saw the problems my car was having) to Kamron the Sales consultant who helped me look at cars/eventually find the one that was best for me, Kamron the sales consultant, made looking at new cars less painful. He was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful through the entire process. After looking at a handful of cars, I found the perfect one for me (thanks to Kamron) but also thanks to Ian (the sales manager at Lexus). Ian was also patient, as well as empathetic about how hard it was for me to trade in my old car for a new one. Ian did his due diligence to get me a fair interest rate based on what was available/what we could do. After all of the paper work, and getting the boring parts out of the way, I drove home in my new car. Thank you all who helped me at Lexus yesterday, and a big thanks to all who keep that Lexus dealership a great place to be.

Purchased a used RX350 F Sport with my Daughter last August prior to her leaving for Collage. Part…read moreof their "Sales Process" is to print out the Car Fax service history and go over it with you and have you sign it. In this case, the RX350 was bought from them, sold back to them and only serviced through them, entire history was with this dealership. The service History listed breaks being replaced on June, prior to us buying it. The salesperson used that, along with the excellent service history, directly through them as justification for the higher price of the car. Fast forward to the service through them 10k miles later - Car will need new breaks soon, cost of $1000.00. I emailed the GM, Service Manager and used car manager sharing with them pictures of the signed Car Fax reports, explain the situation allowing for them to do the right thing. Would you be shocked if I told you that they said that it was wrong, new breaks were not done, doesn't matter that they sold it that way and that car fax has that info, nor did it matter that they were the only dealership to have worked on the car. Basically, they use the information to upsell the car at a higher price, have you reviewing it with the salesperson and sign it, but say that info doesn't matter when you use it to get an issue taken care of. They pulled the car fax report again a couple days ago and agreed that yes, it says the breaks were done in June of 2025. Doesn't matter, typical slimy car dealership. No honor, or integrity. Take a bow Lexus of Portland, you succeeded in taking advantage of a college student financing and purchasing her first "adult" car.

The service center told us they were upset we didn't have an appointment. The vehicle stayed with them for nearly 90 days. We eventually took the vehicle to Jim Fischer where they confirmed the computer was faulty. They replaced our computer within two weeks of the warranty expiring. Herzog should have never sold us the car in that condition to begin with, and they should have resolved it when it was returned back to their service center rather than treating us like a nuisance.

She fell in love w/ her mini instantly. Unfortunately our story is a Rarity & we had non stop issues w/ the car. For a year it was in & out of the shop. It had left my daughter stranded numerous times & was costing us A LOT - when it shouldn't. To understand the level we were on, We paid $10.5 & were $7,500 into repairs - I had enough when another issue w/ a $3k repair bill was needed a month behind the last- Portland Mini always told us- we will make it right. After the 6th & -for me, FINAL- breakdown occurred - I was put in touch w/ Bradley. A manager who has served this area for 18 years. A woman who LISTENED & DESERVES A RAISE! For real, w/o her this would be a completely different review. Once she SAW us, she put a stop to the entire situation. She found a solution when others barely heard me. Although it may have taken some back & forth, missed calls & messages~ not only did she "take care of us" but we came out better than we could have hoped for. They went as far as to make sure the last repair THAT WAS PUT ON CREDIT- was able to be paid. The sleepless nights are GONE, I (mom) get my car back & our lives are almost back to normal. My husband kept telling me - I just needed to live & learn. TTo me that was lunacy. We now have reliable transportation for our daughter, a bit less debt than before but my biggest takeaway was Bradley. To say she gave me back some faith in humanity is an understatement. I have been struggling with how fast things are changing. How less human our society is. The automation taking over the personalization. Bradley proved you can still make good business decisions while treating coustomers like REAL PEOPLE. If I could give 10 I would ask for 12! Thank you all! See ya soon! Jeff & Juan

Here is what I observed when I got under the car a few months later to change the oil myself: 1. The front cross-brace that covers the oil pan had a chunk missing on one of the corners, and one of its nine bolts was entirely gone. Notably, the gone bolt was not where the chunk was missing, suggesting they were unrelated. 2. All eight of the present bolts were over-torqued, as was the oil filter itself -- I could barely get it loose, and it's only supposed to be around 10ftlbs by factory spec. 3. The oil was overfilled. It should be 4.5qts, yet I measured over 5.0qts leaving the oil pan. 4. The oil filter used was Mazda Value instead of the standard part. I contacted my service advisor, Thor, about this. After a few days of no reply, I left a never-to-be-answered voicemail for the service manager. The next day, Thor texted back, and I explained the situation immediately. 24 hours later, I followed up, and Thor instantly responded with what amounted to saying there was no proof they caused any issues and that maybe I didn't know what I was talking about. They offered a free oil change -- no sense of irony, I suppose. I thought people were kidding about the quality of service you get at a dealerership, but apparently not.

Prior to scheduling I called and no one was available but they had a texting system. I did make the appointment an hour before arriving, so wondering if that's why my appointment did not show up in the system. Regardless it was nice he got me in still. Service: 5/3/26 they took my car and did an inspection of my tires and found that I had multiple studs/lugs that needed replaced. It took about 1.5 hrs for the inspectio and I was on my way. The process was easy and I scheduled my appointment for the following week to come back for full service of replacement. Service: 5/5/26 took my car in and everything went smooth. Gave me an estimate of how much cost may be and came out even lower than estimate which was a win. During the wait they send you a video of multipoint inspection and what was done. Very helpful, because they also recommend what should be fixed or flag you wants needs done now. I really like that tool from the waiting room I just responded if I wanted to take care of the issue then or decline it. The whole process was smooth and Matt was great. I will definitely be back. Thanks!
