The business manager was very rude and said they had sent the package out and the rest was on me. No assistance with reaching the carrier or concern that I hadn't gotten it in a timely manner. She hung up on me. As far as she was concerned her part was done. I will be putting in a dispute with my credit card, but wanted to spare someone else the same issue.

Right when I had finished changing a male doctor walked into the room without knocking. I could have still been changing. I chose this place because I wanted a female doctor so I was shocked when he told me she was on maternity leave and there was no one else but him until she returned in April. He examined my back and the one spot I was concerned about and it took no more than a few seconds. All he had to say was "you have a lot of moles" and "we can remove that if you want but I don't think it is will be a problem". This did not make me feel comfortable since he told me some of the symptoms I was telling him were signs of a cancer. It seemed like a complete guess. It was like he was leaving it up to me to diagnose it. I was not in the exam room for more that 10 minutes and it felt like a complete waste of my time.

She advertised in the local newspaper that she was doing free cancer screening appointments on a certain day and when I called to make an appointment the girl at the front desk did not have a clue what I was talking about, asked if she could call me back after getting an answer.....and she never did. I had to call back two days later to get the appointment made. 2. Kendra Cole has absolutely NO personality or social etiquette. I was the only person in the waiting area and she walked past me three times to speak with the receptionist about things and she never said "good morning" or "hello"....just never acknowledged my presence which made me uncomfortable. After I was called back to the exam room by the nurse I waited an additional 20 minutes for Dr. Cole to come in. When she came in, she looked a hot mess. She was stepping on the back straps of her sling back pumps. She also did not walk over and wash or sanitize her hands before she did the VERY QUICK cancer screening. It did bleed badly and bruised her face pretty bad. it didnt peel when it was supposed to and after almost a week when it did peel, it was pink underneath which resulted in scarring. she told us that it was gonna be new fresh skin underneath that matched her skin color. she also gave her a AHA face wash that according to her current doctor, this only supposed to be used 2 times a week max and she instructed her to use it 2 time a day. They say I owe $10. No wait, $70. Oh just kidding, that was an error - it's $10...And if you don't pay it, we'll ruin your credit! Calls to the Family Derm billing department are sent to an answering machine that says your call will be returned in about a week. Of course it never is. Nor are any emails returned. Bottom line, this place's billing is horribly mismanaged. Do your blood pressure a favor and find another derm.

I've also recommended several friends here and plan to continue to return.
