Horrible experience! My teenage daughter went to Bliss & Sparrow Spa about 3 months ago. She did laser treatment which seemed to work fine and then she decided to do micro needling on her which is usually used on older women so it wasnt necessary. It did bleed badly and bruised her face pretty bad. it didnt peel when it was supposed to and after almost a week when it did peel, it was pink underneath which resulted in scarring. she told us that it was gonna be new fresh skin underneath that matched her skin color. she also gave her a AHA face wash that according to her current doctor, this only supposed to be used 2 times a week max and she instructed her to use it 2 time a day. We didn't find her knowledgeable, confident or truthful during the process. read more

This is such a gem! First, the place is beaufully decorated, the atmosphere was very chill , clean and relaxing. They have their own organic product line here, which you will get to try on for the treatment. The owner, Lilies is so sweet and kind, she will be able to recommend you exactly what your skin need. You guys need to get this Spa a trial! I have to say this place is a MUST-VISIT SPA in ATLANTA! Lillie the specialist here is super super Knowledgeable about everything related to skin care and how to get your skin looks a lot younger!!! I saw her video clip online and gave her a try! Her treatment to my oily skin is amazing guys! Just one time treatment, my facial skin looks a lot better than before! My skin during winter time is just so dry and there is so skin peels off. OMG I was sad and then when I meet Lillie OMG she lights up my skin and turns it into a beautiful, healthy and strong again! I Love Her and now Am in Love w her products line! Horrible experience. My appointment was pushed back 3 times because one customer kept adding additional services and she refused to accommodate me. I left and came back 3 times. My original appointment was at 2 and I wasn't seen until 4:30. When I arrived at 4:30 she cancelled my appointment because she said I smelled like marijuana. Sad. Went to check this place out on their Soft Opening and thought it was such a cute place. The spa was very relaxing and Tara did an amazing job with her services. I'd definitely recommend her for microblading and her facials with all organic products! My face feels amazing!! Oh, and don't forget to get your bath bombs.. me and my friend bought so many for our kids, and they loooooove it. I've used the product before but not really consisting n my face wash ran out n I didn't re order. 2 days ago I receive my package n here I got my product. I couldn't wait for new improvement face wash to be use on me. There's no words to describe how it work n how soft my skin feel after it. I was so excited I've gave my mom n daughter one of the face wash to use. I was so annoying to my daughter because I made her washes her face n after use the green tea matcha mask to calm down her acne . She's 16yrs old n going throu a growth-burst with acne , so I'll have pictures for updates . I made my 72 yrs of age mother used the face wash, both of the masks( green tea matcha n botanical Rose & honey) n her skin was soft, Brighten n youthful !
