I have been using this service for the last year on and off. i will admit i am not the average…read morecustomer. i travel for a living and when i come home i have loads of laundry and dry cleaning. they do a great job sorting between the two and getting it all back to me clean (pick up and drop off from my house). however this last time i used this has been a disaster of communication that has not made me happy and is leading me to question using the service again. I e-mailed them on a Tuesday that i'd like to schedule a pick up...i got a message back saying they would be there Thursday. Perfect. 8am in the morning bags left outside for them to pick up and i go to leave town for a day for work. It is snowing lightly but the roads are drivable all day until the snow starts much later that evening. I get a message from one of my neighbors that there are a ton of bags sitting on my steps still that evening. I message them and say "hey what sup this stuff is still sitting here and its SNOWING and i'm out of town" I am eventually told "we give our drivers leeway when it snows we'll get it tomorrow" ok...cool. except now my stuff is sitting out in a snow storm because I am out of town. awesome. stuff doesn't get picked up until LATE friday. They message me saying "would monday return be ok" i say "yes that would be great" Monday comes and goes and no sign of my stuff and NO communication from them. I message them Monday night saying "hey what sup when will this be delivered i'm leaving town tomorrow at noon and don't want this stuff sitting outside for a week" They message me back in all caps "WILL BE DELIVERED THIS AFTERNOON" I respond right away "hey ok...except i'm supposed to be leaving town at noon so when is it being delivered" no word back from them. so now its almost 2:30 and i've changed all my plans to sit around and wait for this stuff to return. They really need to get their communication together. this is not acceptable.
