I conducted a taste test between the fresh and day-old mango lilikoi cupcake and I didn't notice much of a difference. The fresh cupcake was a little more moist, but I actually preferred the day-old cupcake because I couldn't taste the oil as much. Plus, the day-old cupcake is 50% off. Unfortunately, my appetite is much smaller than it once was, but the cakes looked delicious and the people in front of me all ordered their cakes ahead of time, so they are quite in demand! The cashier took my order quickly and I was able to get a slice of rainbow cake, which had fluffy cream and moist layers of colorful cake. The flavor reminded me of fruity pebbles, but without being overly sweet the way children's cereal used to be. I really liked eating it because it didn't make me feel guilty eating a dessert.
