I walked in at about 2pm and needed same day berries and he told me to order online so I do wish I could just have ordered and paid with them! But it was quick nonetheless, I finished placing my order about 2:09pm and he started on it right away (even though his system didn't reflect the order yet) for me even though the soonest pick up time online was 3pm. I really appreciated his sense of urgency and convenience for me, he had me out the door by 2:29pm. I was so grateful I was able to do this during my lunch break and that he was so pleasant and kind! Will come back next time :) read more

Definitely should have read the reviews. I paid $14.99 for a 1 hour delivery. Had I known that the delivery was going to take almost 3 hours I would not have placed an order. They gave me the run around, it's false advertisement if you ask me. I am not happy with them at all. First and last time ordering online for a 1 hour delivery. It's just theft at this point. read more

Not good this time...... I received a very large fruit basket and balloon on Friday. I was so excited because these are always so yummy, however, the fruit wasn't ripe at all! The only thing edible and enjoyable were the grapes and the chocolate that the fruit was dipped in. For the price paid, this should always be tasted to ensure flavor and quality. read more

For those that are thinking of using this company, please read the below. On 1/25/24, I ordered a plant for Valentines Day. Received confirmation that it was received and scheduled to be delivered on 2/14/24. This day came and went with no delivery. I never received any correspondence that it was delayed or not being delivered. I called their customer service line and spoke to Manager Syed on 2/15/24. After a 15 minute discussion, he could not refund the price i paid for a product that was not delivered. Kept referring back to their carrier was at fault and not his company. Needless to say, I will never use this company again or refer them to anyone. There are many other competitors in this market that have better customer service. read more

If I could give it a lower rating, I would. I put in an order today at 10am with an employee. Delivery was suppose to be between 11-3. I was told the recipient would be contacted when they arrived and if they got no response they would contact me. No one was contacted. I checked three times with the automated tracker and it was on its way and I also checked with an employee as well. Closing time is also conveniently at 3:00pm. Nothing arrived! Don't waste your time and money. What a big disappointment. There is no making up for this types of gifts that are for special occasions so timing is up upmost importance! Not to mention they charge about $15 for same day delivery read more

I was dubbed the best gift giver of the decade, so one would be surprised to see me patronizing an edible arrangement for a quick gift, but sometimes cliche and corny does the trick. I like this location because the service is friendly and although it is ALWAYS busy, they service each and every customer with a smile and patience. If they're ever out of a particular fruit or arrangement that you want they'll do their best to sub it out for something comparable or in some cases better. The fruit is always fresh and lasts for a few days when refrigerated. The pricing is typical of any edible arrangement. Located in Georgetown off M st, which is far af from me but convenient if you're on that side. read more

My daughter got me what looked to be a delicious arrangement from this establishment..... Looks were deceiving in this case. As I looked closer at the arrangement, you could see that the strawberries were not completely ripe. The grapes were the best part, those four were really delicious. The rest of the arrangement was tart! The chocolate covered strawberries were okay, but that was largely due to the chocolate. For the prices that are charged, the arrangements really need to be better than what they are. I wished she could have gotten her money back, as this was not worth what she paid. So buyer beware!!!!! read more

I've used this place twice when purchasing gifts and they do a great job both delivering and when picking up. I purchased the mixed chocolate covered strawberries, pineapples, and apples, all of which were really fresh. My girlfriend especially liked the strawberries, so I got another dozen for her birthday with a balloon, which they delivered on-time. I told them she would only be there for a few hours in the morning and the driver was able to deliver them during that period. Overall, I've had a really good experience with this location and their products are excellent. I'll be using them again. read more

I've received many edible arrangements as gifts from this location and every time the fruit has been so fresh and sweet, it's quite amazing. The deliveries have been on time and there has never been a problem. I placed an order online for pick-up for the first time for a Halloween party at my office (we wanted some healthier options too) and I went in and they were just wrapping up my order. It was quick and easy. They had no bags, but the nice young lady at the counter did her best to help me manage everything. Everyone at the office loved it and the fruit as usual was fantastic - it was super cute too with the chocolate covered pineapples in the shape of ghost, cats and bats. I really don't know how they get such fresh fruit year round but they do. This is a great alternative to flowers or other items and is appreciated by those watching what they eat. I have been able to store leftovers in the fridge for quite a few days too. It's a nice surprise as a gift. read more

My daughter got an arrangement delivered today, for her Dad's Bday. First of all they were late! The delivery window was from 10-1pm, they arrived after 2pm. Before the arrival he alerted her that he would be he in 10 or 15mins. Once he arrived he called & said he left the arrangement on my building floor. At my apartment door! With no knock at the door. DC is not rodent free! Why would it be okay to leave food on the floor? She never signed up for contactless delivery. I spoke with Alex who said he is the store manager. We went through all the steps took prior to delivery. My daughter created a photo birthday card with a message. The photos on the front of the card is blurry and yellow... I'm assuming the printer was running out of ink.. why would they even send a gift looking like this? Oh the actual fruit arrangement looked fine. read more

DO.NOT.BUY.FROM.HERE Unfortunately I had money STOLEN from me when I tried to make a purchase for Mother's Day. I ordered a nice big dessert accompanied with balloons. Upon ordering I did not have the choice to pick out the location the order came from. It automatically directed me to this location when there's a store down the street from my house. I should have ordered from the closer store for pick up. However due to the pandemic I was nervous and thought delivery would be better. The order in total was about $100. I got a confirmation saying that the order was sent. I had it set to be delivered on Mother's Day itself which was $15 shipping fee. As we approached Mother's Day date I was nervous as I did not see any activity on my order- NOTHING. On Mother's Day itself I was nervous. No order in the morning but I figured I had to trust that they were on top of it since it was advertised all over the website that they're open for business. 12pm rolls by and still nothing. I decided to call the location and it either disconnected on its own or it went to a voicemail box that was full and you were not able to leave a message. I called about 10 times and got nothing. I reached out on the website. The website itself has an automated computer talking to you when generic answers and it's highly frustrating to try to get in touch with a HUMAN. You are not able to and I feel like this whole establishment is a scam. I feel like it was all intentionally done on purpose because they don't want to deal with you when you're mad. What made everything worse was on that day (Sunday) they were closed at 3pm. So when 3pm came it was too late and I was so upset. I tried to send an email through their website 3 times trying to desperately get in touch and nothing. The next day I called the corporate office and it was a automated voice message. Which lead me to believe that this isn't even a real business! I have never seen anything like this. I waited the next day after that and reached out to the bank to dispute the charge. I'm still waiting for a refund and this is exactly a month later. Refunds from the bank take time and I will be looking forward to receiving my money back. A complete waste of time and money. Has brought me nothing but stress dealing with them. They have to be ashamed of themselves for still continuing to advertise on TV. I beg you please do not order from here. I have no idea what's going on but I don't predict this company staying in business for long. read more

I selected this location at 911 Quincy St., Arlington, VA. without reading the reviews and so glad I did! I was emotionally sending an arrangement to a friend after the loss of a very close friend of ours. This morning, I decided to read the reviews and became very hesitant that I ordered from this location. However, when I called and spoke to Celina, she assured me there would be no problem to make the arrangements and deliver before 5pm. My friend received her delivery before 5pm and was very pleased with the quality of the arrangements. The fresh fruit and cupcakes w/a couple of the chocolate strawberries, I'm told are delicious and brighten her day on such a rainy day. Also, I applaud the driver for making this delivery in such inclement weather. I learned from this experience that sometimes you have to take a chance and have your own experience. Thanks again for the great customer service, quality arrangements and I wish you continued success. read more

You can place an order online and select a time and location for pickup. Dealing with the employees on site was chaotic. I was ignored, forgotten, asked my name about five times by two different people, then forgotten a little more before I finally got my order. The staff just came off as unprofessional with lots of yelling back and forth to try to locate people's orders, not being able to keep track of what they should be looking for, and trying to deal with all the customers at once instead of processing us one by one. One of the ladies was nice and apologetic about them taking so long to get my order, but I'd rather they were coldly robotic but efficient. The chocolate covered strawberries were great quality and delicious though. read more

The fruit from Edible Arrangements is HEAVENLY. Perfectly ripe, juicy, and full of flavor. I'd swear they grow it in some nearby garden to make it taste so fresh and in-season, but I've yet to notice any fruit orchards on M Street. This makes a great healthy alternative for a food gift or celebration. As much as I love sweets, I would actually prefer an edible arrangement over a cake! Try the chocolate covered pineapple slices - I thought it would be weird, but they're soo delicious! Extra props to the staff at this location. They donated a bunch of fruit bouquets to a local tennis fundraising event last summer. They kept the fruit fresh and cold for the event despite having to deal with 85+ degree August heat. The guests gobbled up the arrangements; there was nothing left within an hour! read more

One wouldn't think that pineapple covered in dark chocolate would be delicious... but it IS. Why? Because Edible Arrangements has the freshest fruit imaginable. I cynically took a bite of their dark chocolate-dipped-pineapple and thought I was having a delectable flavor seizure. The fruit even stayed fresh in my ghetto refrigerator for over 5 days. The website is childish and corny, but they have endless possibilities for a small gift for a loved one or a glorified fruit salad. Very easy and creative for gifts. They deliver same day. High five, Edible Arrangements. High Five. read more

Came to this location to grab a birthday treat and was provided service by a nice young man named Steven. The package I wanted was showing some error on his end so he provided me with an alternative. Unfortunately this man who may have been the manager or store owner he told me that if I wanted my order I would have to pay $1.00 extra because it was boxed instead of in a cup- at first I was taken a back but said fine he told me because I was not paying with cash I had to pay tax of .10cents, which I know is not right. There should be no price differential for using card over cash, tax is tax. read more

This is the worst location! Buyer beware! I'm still mad at them for messing up my order. I tried to call and left messages. No one called me back. I called the corporate number and complained but never got any response. They cheated me on my order and didn't send what I ordered. I still haven't received any response. I guess they don't care about their customers who spend a lot of money and expect good customer service. They don't need to worry about my business anymore. I tell everyone I know about how horrible they are! read more

Ordered my wife an gift from here and it arrived earlier than I thought which was great because I got it to her before she woke up. The problem is, we ordered a fruit bouquet which is beautiful but they didn't send the cookies. I called the delivery driver and he states "that's all they put on the truck". Wow!! Tried calling the number and of course nobody answers the phone at the store which is a big inconvenience. I will definitely order from them again just will not have it delivered so I can ensure my order is correct. read more

The most horrible experience.. I placed an order a week ago for Valentine's for about $140! It was not delivered, no word from them, store mail box is full and hanging up on me! I have ordered from Edible Arrangements on numerous occasions, but the experience that occurred yesterday from this location will probably be my last. I placed order early Monday to be delivered to my wife's school. The order never arrived on Valentine's Day and they won't answer the office phone. I called the 1-800 number but they can't do much because the locations are franchised. So I will never do business with this location again Thanks for ruining my Valentine's Day. read more

This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with having something delivered. I ordered a delivery and it was supposed to be there by 5pm at the latest. It's almost 6pm--not only did it ruin the element of surprise by having to make this person wait for it, IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN DELIVERED!!! I called their customer service line and they said they would notify them, but there's nothing else they can do. Their phone number does not work it just says "Mailbox is full". I spent way too much money to have this terrible of a service. I would recommend to NEVER order from this place. I expect a full refund. What a terrible company! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! I wish I could give no stars! read more

My fault delivery was made and communication with Edible was wonderful. I would use them for all occasions.

I cannot believe this place is still in business. I placed order early on Valentine's Day to be delivered to a location very close to the shop The order never arrived on Valentine's Day and they won't answer the office phone. I called the 800 number and spoke with numerous people (including a manager) but was told can't do much because the locations are franchised. I couldn't even get a refund until the store responded! Unreal! Not sure I will EVER do business with Edible Arrangements again. Thanks for ruining my Valentine's Day!! read more

So based on the other reviews I've just read i pretty much had the same experience. My fiance ordered from them and it was supposed to be a surprise for me at my job for valentines day but who knew the surprise would be not getting the order. After attempting to call multiple times and a full mailbox i eventually got through to somebody at the location. They stated they were issuing a refund and apologized for the inconvenience. The worker also stated ALOT of people didn't get orders and they were issuing refunds. Completely unacceptable on one of the biggest holidays of the year. I would never recommend anyone to order from this location especially if you're considering it as a surprise. This was the only thing my fiance had planned to surprise me with. Thanks for ruining our valentines day. smh. read more

An alternative to treating friends and family to junk food. Kinda pricey for fruit dipped in chocolate but it is worth it once you try it.

Well-done! As a birthday gift I ordered a Simply Edible Bouquet/Balloon for delivery. Am out-of-state and checked with the M St store first--they were most helpful. I ordered online and the Bouquet was delivered the next morning before noon. The delivery driver even called. Very nice packaging and the fruit is tasty. Thanks. read more

What an exhausting Valentine's Day, and I don't mean the fun way. I would give Edible Arrangements zero stars if Yelp allowed it. This store ruined my Valentine's Day. Same situation as all others here for this Valentine's Day, 2018. They took my money, confirmed a Valentine's Day delivery to my husband. It never arrived. I could not reach anyone on the telephone numbers provided both on the confirmation and by the general Edible Arrangement's number to provide me with a local WDC number and cancel my order. The lines kept ringing, not even an answering machine or message. All the while online, the status of my order stated it was still being created...for about 15 hours? By February 15 morning, my status still read the same. I tried calling back in order to be reimbursed. At some point, someone called my cellphone and left me a message stating it would be delivered today, adding "of course I would not be charged a delivery fee". Do they not even understand they have ruined quite a few folks' Valentine's Day? This afternoon, my online status read 'DELIVERED' . I called my husband and he had not received anything. (!@#$%^) I finally was able reach someone at the local Edible Arrangement's store and she indifferently informed me that his receptionist had signed for it. What receptionist?? She didn't have a name of who had signed for it and would not know until the driver returned at the end of the day from her rounds. You would think paying $140 for some chocolate covered fruit would arrive on time with trumpets blaring. read more

Great product! Thank You! We just received a large surprise arrangement delivered from the M street location straight to our apartment door-knocked, announced, then set on our threshold and stepped away for no contact/distancing. I was on the phone but seems the delivery person tried to call first which is very nice. It is beautiful, just like the photos. It is still chilled and the chocolate-covered strawberries are firm, not melted...except when you pop one in your mouth-Yum! I took a photo to send my friend and then took apart the arrangement to store the fruit in a covered container in the fridge. Found kale underneath the skewers so made kale chips. (Recipe: wash, rough chop, drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper, paprika and coriander. Bake on cookie sheet at 400 for 10-15 mins.) Crunchy, savory, healthy! read more

This review is specifically for the Edible Arrnagement located at 4909 Allentown Rd, Camp Springs Maryland. I placed a pick up order to be ready at 10am. I arrived at 1215pm to a locked door. I understand we are in a pandemic and staff wants to be safe however I had on a mask and no signs anywhere say stay in your car for pickup orders nor are there any signs that tell customers the doors will be locked. The woman working the front desk proceeded to talk to me through a locked door. I showed her my ID. She told me my order would not be ready until 1230. I expressed that I specifically requested to have it done by 10am online. She proceeds to the back. After about 5 mins, she comes back to tell me it will be another 15 mins before my order is complete. No apology for the inconvenience. I get things happen, and any business can get behind however communicating that to the customer before they drive 25mins to pick up their order would have been greatly appreciated. I specifically picked an early completion time, in case of a delay but I figured 2hrs after my pick up time, my order should absolutely be ready. Customer service is very subpar at this location. I doubt I will do business here in the future read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I made a small order yesterday for my husband, but he never received the order. I was told it would be delivered by 9pm yesterday, but he never received his gift. I orderd online thinking that I would get the best deal that way, but I was VERY WRONG!! I get to the location and see the EXACT arrangement I ordered for almost $20 LESS! So imagine my shock as I gave it to the administrative assistant in my office and there was NOT ONE CHOCOLATE COVERED APPLE in the ENTIRE arrangement! I will NEVER order another arrangement online!
