Today I had the best customer service experience. I went in to pick up an order for a meeting to only find out that I never hit submit on my order. I was flustered because I was already running late. The owner ran in the back and came back with a beautiful tray that was already created. He told me that I looked frustrated and he just instructed his staff to make the order over that he gave to me. Peter you were so sweet and accommodating and we need more businesses to be ran so professional and compassionate as yours. Thanks to you I did not walk into my meeting empty handed!! Just tried to place an order by phone. The first person who waited on me was brand new and very slow, although polite. Halfway through, she told me she had to wait on a customer in the store and was going to transfer me to someone else. Already a bad sign. Then the person to whom I was transferred did not understand what I wanted: a delivery of fruit that is not dipped in anything. She accused me of confusing dipped and non-dipped fruit, whereas I was clear from the start with both employees that I didn't want anything dipped. When I asked to speak with the store manager, I was told he was busy, of course. When I asked to cancel the order, the young chick was rude to me. I hung up on her. What a great concept; fruit arrangements made to look like flowers. While I was battling the flu last month a friend took pity on me and had a beautiful arrangement delivered. It was a treat for the eyes and the palate. My arrangement had pineapple slices cut into flower and heart shapes, canteloupe balls, red grapes and strawberries. And--chocolate covered strawberries.... amazing! It was some serious dark chocolate. All the fruit was very fresh and delicious. This company has a great thing going. My MIL has had several arrangements and all have been superb. I was even told that you can go to the location for fruit salad made from the excess fruits from the arrangements. That would be perfect for some summer barbeques.- They have locations all across the country but this one is new to our area. We needed it! This is the first and last time i would ever use edible arrangements. I told the young lady who took the order to not mention who paid for the purchase as it was a surprise and I was doing a friend a favor. I also told this to the driver who called me and told me he was on the way....the driver kept talking over me but I explained to him that my name was not to be mentioned. What does he do......he mentions my friend who name is in the card and then mentions me who paid for them. Are you kidding!!!! Dude you have to learn to follow directions and not talk over people. I ordered the cookie platter for $29 which the website showed contained various types of cookies, but when I got home I saw they gave me all chocolate chip cookies (see pics). I called the store and the woman who answered the phone who was also the same person who gave me the cookies told me they gave me what they had. I didn't waste time arguing with her and went online to their "contact us" link which stated I would be contacted by someone from the store w/i 48 hours. It's been almost 48 hours, so let's see if someone contacts me. I also contacted them through Facebook Messenger and haven't heard anything. I posted a pic of what they have advertised online and what I received and they look nothing alike and I want my money back in exchange for returning the cookies. read more

Horrible! My order that I placed said it was delivered; however it was not! Tried calling to inquire and was only hold for 20+ minutes. When it turned 6:30pm instead of taking my call they hung up on me. I was never actually able to get in contact with the store itself. I had to call corporate in order to get this issue resolved. They ended up canceling my order and refunding my money. However I never received a call from the store or an explanations to what happened. Ordered easily on line and was able to add more choc-covered items for an add-on price. I've probably ordered about 5 times in the past and although I balk at the price each time, I go ahead and their arrangements are always appreciated. I was highly disturbed by this location. I eat edible arrangements all the time and I travel a lot so I've been to many locations and this is the only location where you literally pay $1.19 per banana slice. I always order the chocolate dipped banana cone and it has always been full of banana but this location only gives you 5 pieces ($5.99) total. I think it's extremely over priced to pay $1.19 per slice. I only say this because I've been to many edible arrangements locations and I've never seen a more ripped off product than this. I just feel bad for the people that live in this area because this location's "standards" are in fact below standards compared to other locations. I personally wouldn't recommend this location. This is very disappointing coming from such a well-known franchise that is usually held in high regards. People please know your worth!! It may be just $5.99 but stop letting this organization rip you off and give you below Average quality. Start calling them out so that will force them to give people better service. The worst thing is that many may not even know that their receiving below standard service because they never been exposed to another location. Had a weird experience on 12-8-16. We closed our office ( there is only 4 of us, small office) and the delivery guy said twice, once to our patient, that he should get a tip for waiting for so long for us to open. Well, I didn't have any cash on me and my other coworkers were in another car and had not come in the office yet. Are tips given to delivery people? I never have, maybe I need to. They called us to verify the pick up information and when we arrived to pick up the arrangement they provided us with two ice packs and a cooler bag to ensure the arrangements stayed intact for our long drive ahead. Really upset!!! Valentine ruin 2017 order on the 11 they called confirmed on the 12. Called my 5 year old grand daughter to see if she received my deliver at 7:32 when I got off work. Guess what no delivery. Called the store recording came on stated call the 1-877 so I did an was told there is nothing they can do and we apologize. Then the rep said she understood and she didn't think she liked working there nor would she keep working there!!!! Really! Why did they confirm order then on the 12!!!!! I am reluctant to give one star after my horrible experience with the Laurel location. After waiting all day for the arrangement to arrive, when it finally arrived it was melting, missing other items purchased, and missing fruit in the bouquet. I immediately called the store and spoke to a women stating she was the manager. When I explained the situation and the terrible quality of fruit, she argued with me about how it did not leave the store that way. She then began to blame the delivery driver and told me she had no control over the product once it leave the store. Seems very hypocritical of her because in the same breathe she asked if I wanted the items re-sent. Why would I want items re-sent if the quality is poor. The manager then told me she could make sure that I would have a better delivery experience. I asked her how she planned on doing so when she couldn't even make sure this delivery went well. I asked to speak with the owner, and the manager immediately had an attitude and told me that the owner does not deal with matters like this. I asked again when the owner will be available to speak with a unhappy paying customer. She told me that she handles all complaints, even if you complain on her poor customer service. I started speaking again, and she interrupted me saying I was yelling at her. I was upset yes, but not yelling. I was bothered by her lack of empathy, horrible customer service, and playing the blame game on her staff instead of looking to improve overall. Placed 2 orders, one for my grandmother and one for my lady. Since we were spending the day with grandma I had them both delivered to her address. Both ordered at the same time. Long waiting times for deliveries on mothers day but completely understandable. The driver calls at 7:53 p.m. telling me that no one is home, but he's at the wrong house. finally he gets to our house with only 1 of the orders. So I ask him where's the other one? He says he was only given 1. I explained to him that that there should have been 2 coming, and he says that they were probably split up and the other given to another driver... He then gives me the store's number to call and ask about it. Before I could even call, literally as the driver leaves, I get an email saying that the other order was unsuccessfully delivered... to the very house that had just recieved 1 half of an order. I never got a call from any other driver or anything to even indicate a second delivery.. So I call the number to the store right away only to get an automated loop that says the store is closed and to leave a message, and it acts like it's transferring you to a voicemail box, but you get the exact same automated leave a message right before it hangs up on you without giving you the chance to leave a message. I thought I was missing the beep, but i called 3 times and the same thing happened every time. I called the store 1st thing in the morning and asked for a refund. The woman of course immediately said they couldn't give me a refund because the order had already been out for delivery even though it was "unsuccessfully" delivered.. so I explain to her that there were 2 orders and 1 can't be delivered and the other be unsuccessful when there's someone home all day waiting for them BOTH. So I get told I'd have to speak to the head of deliveries and get put on hold for about 10 minutes before another woman picks up and i tell het im waiting for deliveries then finally transfers me to the head of deliveries. Very apologetic gentleman who said he takes full responsibility for what happened and said that they hire temporary drivers for holidays when they get high volume orders. He confirmed that my 2 orders were indeed split up because they didn't notice they were going to the same place, but driver never even made an attempt to deliver. He even acknowledged that it's unfortunately very possible that the other driver never attempted to even deliver my order and just lied about it... So he says he can issue me a refund, after putting me on hold for another 7 minutes. The head of deliveries is the only reason I'd give 1 star for this review. Not the delivery guy who gave me a number to a store he knew was closed and tells me to have my order number ready. Also, fix that automated voicemail issue. read more

If I could give a zero star review I would. I have never had a horrible experience with Edible Arrangements, but today has changed that and I am no longer a customer. After placing an order three days ago for a surprise birthday gift sent the next day in another state, the order still has yet to be delivered and the Supervisor Michelle was NOT customer service driven at all. I gave them numerous attempts to rectify the situation and was told so many different stories by customer service agents in store and call center that it made me want to give them one last attempt to deliver or I wanted it canceled. I called this morning to ensure it would be delivered three days late, and Michelle stated it was on the customer to pick it up not even acknowledging the customers point of view of why the attempts failed. Her attitude caused me to ask for a refund, which she stated could not happen in an attempt to be smart. I had to then call back to corporate to report her and obtain my refund THAT HAPPENED WITHIN 5 min! All in all this experience and many like this will have these privately owned franchises shut down all for the horrible experience when simply wanting some cut up fruit.! read more

This store has the worst customer service. An arrangement was ordered for my daughter on Aug 3rd. We got a call at 2 pm, asking what time the bouquet could be delivered, I told them that we would be home in 30 mins. Got home by 2:30 and there was a ticket on the door saying attempted delivery at 2:20. We immediately called the store and the girl that answered the phone said that the driver would come back. Waited until 4:30, called again and was told that because of traffic and weather the driver is just running behind. Called again at 5:30, same song and dance. I received a call at 6:30 saying that the delivery would have to be rescheduled for tomorrow since we weren't home during the delivery. I explained to the girl what happen and she said she didn't know who would have told us this. She made me verify that I was calling the right number about ten times over. Finally I told her they can either delivery that evening or refund us our money. At first, she refused to do either since it was against store policy. After putting us on hold several times, she got back on the phone and told us very rudely that the bouquet would be delivered by 8pm that evening. Bouquet finally delivered at 7:30. Save yourself the headache and do not order from this place. read more

The quality of the cantaloupe and honeydew was mushy like over ripe melons and the owner refused to speak to me about the arrangement or to discuss other edible options. More important, the owner unitarily decided to contact the purchaser despite the fact I specifically told the salesperson I did not want to bother the purchaser with this matter because she was grieving the loss of a close family member. I contacted the store 4 hours after the arrangement arrived and essentially, I was blamed for not putting the arrangement in the refrigerator. I explained there were no instructions to refrigerate and if the arrangements are appropriate for cook-outs then they should hold up for a few hours on a kitchen counter during the coldest winter months in a home with the thermostat set at 68 degrees. I was put on hold (about 10 minutes) and then told I would get a call back the same day. Since I did not get a call, I called the next morning. Again, I was put on a long hold and then told the owner decided to make an arrangement of 3 fruits with none of the fruit dipped in chocolate as in the initial arrangement. I asked if I could speak to the owner about other edible arrangements options. I was put on another long hold and finally told the owner would not speak to me and that he was going to call the purchaser and return the money. I know my friends and I will not use this store again. And, I recommend using another EdibleArrangements store when you want to make an edible arrangement purchase. read more
