I spoke with the cashier and they claimed they use no artificial flavors or colors. I love how everything is natural and made from scratch. I loved the thick, rich texture of the ice cream. It's a delectable treat worth every penny. They're very generous with the scoop sizes as well. I got 1 scoop of pistachio and 1 scoop mango sorbet. The pistachio is rich, buttery, creamy, and divine- I highly recommend (no, it's not the fake green color or fake flavor.) Their mango sorbet didn't taste like a sorbet- it tasted like an ice cream but I'd consider that a compliment. Honestly, both of these flavors when combined mesh well together.
