The idea of being without my knives for 3-4 days was simply impossible, even if I had the time before my trip. I dropped them off yesterday afternoon and picked this up today. He was courteous, responsive, and also took the time to ask me to warn those using them that they were sharpened, so they didn't overdo the pressure and have issues. Sharp knives are safer, but not if you don't realize they are sharp and act accordingly! So far, I am perfectly happy with the quality of the service and the results of the work.
