When I contacted Mark to address this, he made excuses and then stopped responding entirely. Multiple follow-up attempts over the next month went unanswered. I left a review describing this experience. Six months later, Mark sent me threatening messages through Yelp, including profanity and "I will find you." I reported this to Yelp (they confirmed warning him) and subsequently filed a police report due to safety concerns. The combination of incomplete repair work, poor follow-through, and threatening behavior makes me strongly recommend against using this business.

I hired Jason to replace a failing wall oven. The installation is under a cooktop, making it a much…read moremore tricky installation, as the spacing is incredibly tight to work with. Jason showed up on time, and came in to look at the situation before removing or unpacking the new product. The wall oven that needed removed was very heavy. He handled it like it was nothing, making sure there were blankets and coverage for anything that may be damaged if anything slipped or fell. He took the old model out to his van, and unpacked the new oven to get it ready for installation. The new model was a bit larger than the old one, so he had to do some modification to the cabinets, and also making sure the wiring would stay out of the way. It was no big deal to him, he literally got inside the cabinet to make sure it was all done correctly and fit. Once he was finished the modifications, he put the new oven in, and it fit perfectly. He cleaned up all the garbage, took it away (along with he previous oven) and he was done. The process was smooth from beginning to end. I will be hiring him again for an major appliance installations.
