For what it's worth, the Mexican omelette I had during my most recent visit was highly underwhelming compared to what one expects. The meat was not well-seasoned, nor was it plentiful. Definitely not what one would consider taco meat. It was cooked a bit too long, but that didn't mess with the egg flavor. I'm including a photo, but keep in mind it also comes with hash browns. The waitress knew I was giving them to my dad, so she kindly had the chef put them on his plate of eggs. His eggs cooked over easy looked so delicious, and he claimed they were, in fact, delicious.

Think about working on your attitude when it comes to those that ennable your business to stay open- because I can see where the main problems here started.
