I came here for a Groupon and I will definitely be going back. The Groupon I purchased was for a cut, one process color, and conditioning treatment for $39-a steal! I was worried that I might have to pay a bit above the Groupon price, due to my hair being two vastly different colors. My roots were medium to dark brown while the rest of my hair was almost strawberry blonde. I figured it would take two color processes to achieve the desired result-one to even out the color throughout my hair, and another to get to the new hair color. However, I was so pleasantly surprised when I met my stylist, Liz. During our consultation she said, in order to color my hair, she was going to put product on the strawberry blonde for a certain amount of time and then she would put product into the roots at a later time, so that the color would end up being even on all parts of the hair in the end. I was impressed with this approach and it ended up working beautifully at no extra cost. About the haircut-Liz cut my hair wet after the color was done, and then she did a beautiful blowout on me. And she did something else that impressed me, as I had never had it done before, which was to touch up the haircut after my hair was dry! The attention to detail was not lost on me. The BEST! I needed to find a new salon after 10 years with my old stylist. 3 years I went searching for someone new and my hair was getting severely damaged during that time. I have semi-curly, thick, dry, hair....that is also damaged from improperly over processing. My goal was to have "natural" blonde with some low light dimension. My esthetician recommended Eden XO base on the results she saw on her clients. I can not be happier or say enough good things! Jane and Kerrin are AMAZING and truly gifted with color and hair care. Just after one visit I saw an amazing transformation...since it was so heavily damaged it was going to take a bit to get it back. I've finally found my salon!! This was the second time I've been here, each time I called hours before and was able to be taken that day, and each time left loving the service. Kerrin, who is amazing, took my inspiration photos and ran with it, cutting my long lifeless hair into a trendy long-bob that I'm obsessed with, and kept me chatting and entertained the whole appointment. These girls know what they're doing and value customer service. I highly recommend this salon (and Kerrin) to anyone looking for anything from a trim to a full hair makeover. I cannot get over how great this place is! And Kerrin is simply amazing. I went in today with horribly long hair that hadn't been cut or colored in over a year and only a vague idea of what I wanted. She transformed my entire look in one afternoon, fully explaining what her plan was for color, discussing the cut with me, and then making it happen. I relocated to RI 2 years ago and was lucky enough to find Eden XO on Yelp. My stylist is Jane, the owner, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience and how glad I am to have Jane doing my hair. I have very thick hair with many cowlicks, about as tough a job as you can get, and she always makes me look great. She taught me about how hair grows from the follicles in a particular direction, and why it takes a lot to change those directions. Took a chance on this one thru living social and absolutely LOVE my hair! I have not had much success in salons for color but Jane and Liz took the time to find the right way to get what I wanted. Amazing!!! I just had highlights, cut/style and left a totally different person from the one who arrived. I let Kerrin do her thing, having no clue what I really wanted.
