We are looking to sue this management company and get up from under them . They are wicked and I feel bad for anyone who ends up in a building that they are managing.. Wavecrest Management is the epitome of corruption occuring within New York City's subsidized and affordable housing. I am convinced that their ulterior motive is to scare everyone away, causing them to break their leases so that they can steal and accumulate stabilize housing units, and get all of these units to become market rate rental apartments , or worse, get rid of all of the original members of the communities and replace them with immigrants.
