They dry fresh paint outdoors with dust and rain. They apply paint on dirt, so it is impossible to wash afterwards. They spray paint on windows and mirrors adjacent to the areas that need to be painted. They sand the areas of the car that don't need to be fixed and then they say "I didn't do it! It was like this when you brought it!" No communication, you never know if the car is going to be ready when they say to come pick it up. And they give you their business cards so you can tell your friends what a good job they do! Man, if you think this is a good job, what does it say about your standards?

I had used this company before about 15 years ago. Back then, it only took one visit to get a quote and get the work done. This time it took 3 visits. The first was just to get an appointment to get the car checked. The second (next day) was to get the car checked and the work quoted and the third (following day) to get the work done. Obviously I could have reduced it to two visits if I had phoned to set up an appointment rather than visit the shop. Overall I was quite satisfied with the experience and would certainly use their service again.

Instead of pulling the lights out to do the job, they tapped around the lights (with green painter's tape), slipped, and took a chunk out of the paint. They touched up the scrape with a touch up pen, and gave me the bill-- at full price. When I asked what was being done about the damage caused to my car, the serviceman I dealt with, Chris, was arrogant and rude, refusing any compensation for the damage. I have gone to mufflerman a few times in the past and have had good experiences, but this experience wipes those off the board. I will NEVER bring another vehicle to Mufflerman.
