Great spot for a snack or two. I did not know Eddie World was that big. Be prepared to spend sometime in there. I ordered their Cajun tenders and a pepperoni pizza. The tenders were juicy and tasty. Went perfect with the spicy ranch. The pizza was crispy and delicious. After eating we walked off the food by searching for some jerky and snacks for the road. EddieWorld is packed and honestly that is a great thing. It is awesome to see how popular it has become and the energy shows how much people love stopping here. That said, the busy-ness is starting to take a toll. There were so many people and not nearly enough staff to keep up, especially during peak hours. The restrooms were filthy, which is really disappointing for a place that sees this much foot traffic. Outside was not much better. There was dog shit and urine on the ground, trash cans overflowing, and the area overall was not well maintained. It feels like as EddieWorld has gotten busier, it has also gotten more run down, which is frustrating because this place used to feel much more cared for. This is not about the concept or the popularity. It is about upkeep and staffing. They really need to hire more staff, especially during peak seasons, to keep the restrooms, outdoor areas, and overall experience at the level it should be. GETTING HERE: On the I-15 in Yermo, CA. Look for the HUGE ice cream cone! REVIEW: Holy freak! How many times have I promised myself that, "On the next trip" I will stop at EddieWorld. Too many to count! I have slept on EddieWorld and I assure you this madness ends now! Stopping here is a MUST. Whether you're leaving Vegas or heading too, I highly recommend stopping here to stock up on all the wonders inside. Before I forget, I highly recommend the Freeze Dried (or just dried?) Green Beans. They were excellent and I am so regretting not getting several packages. :( The green beans were 75% gone by the time we got back to California! So much to see inside. We pass through here all of the time. The place is consistent and I always know what to expect. Gas is on the more expensive side. But that's expected for a premium location in the middle of the desert. Bathrooms are SUPER clean, and they're individual room stalls. So if you had a stomach ache, you would feel comfortable there. Thankfully I haven't had to try this out yet. :) The food is the exact same as my previous review. It was basic but provided what we needed. They did provide more fries with the chicken strips this time. It was enough for me to share with my kids. Also I got the Cajun seasoning this time and it definitely helped the chicken. I'm glad that it was real breast meat chicken and was fresh. Oh and the bbq and ranch were good. The staff here was very nice. Don't get me wrong, they weren't overly "friendly" but they were kind which I appreciated. When I went to pay the guy at the register automatically removed the tip option before I could do it which surprised me. Also one of the workers was nice to my daughter when she wanted to get a fruit cup. All in all it's a pleasant experience which you need on a long drive. read more

First off - the Ice Cream - handmade the better half loves the Lemon Cream, Vanilla, Oreo -- I like the Root Beer Float flavor lol Candies - omg Apple Rings, Sour Watermelon Rings, Glazed Walnuts, so many other snacks its crazy Beef Jerky - kinda spensive in my opinion - but theres no arguing the flavors - we snagged BBQ and regular but there are MANY to choose from. Not worth the time went because of the home made ice cream sign only to find the store had a weird fish smell and the ice cream section with very dirty windows and hardly any ice cream only about 6 flavors of almost empty tubs. When someone finally showed up at after about 5 minutes she very curt and said "that's all we have" kind of rude attitude. We were so disappointed what a waste of time the entire place including the restroom was not clean I don't know who is managing this place but they need to either be replaced or retrained. read more

On the way back, my friends wanted to get beef jerky from EddieWorld located at the Yermo exit off I-15. It is a nice spot to fuel or charge up and grab some food and drinks before continuing on your journey. There is a large parking lot and the building itself is quite sizeable. While stopping there you can get a lot of good snack foods of various types/kinds for your journey or simply to stock up at home. The foods are not the typical brands that you see on various supermarket shelves but are packaged like items you will find at Whole Foods or Trader Joes. One big problem is that the items are very expensive. For example, a one pound bag of roasted and unsalted pistachio nut meat costs $18 and one pound of home made beef jerky costs $100. Way too expensive. There were also various cooked food items and drinks available but I did not get anything so I will leave it up to you to determine if you like it or not. read more

Cool halfway point between OC and Vegas. We wanted to supercharge our car one more time before heading back to the OC so we decided to give EddieWorld a shot. Unlike Barstow, the superchargers don't have any coverage so it can definitely get pretty hot. Nonetheless, Eddieworld is really fun! Have you ever stopped at this candy shop before? This is our second time coming here out of all the years I've been here and driven through here and lived in Las Vegas. I never knew about this candy shop until a few years ago LOL I don't know how that's possible since I absolutely love candy so much. This place is like candy heaven you walk in and they have so many different kinds of snacks, candies, beef jerky, candies from different countries toys souvenirs, they have an ice cream place. There is just so much to see and look at and choose from. They have all these candies you find at the local candy stores you go to, but then some things that you've never seen before or things you wish you could find in regular stores. I love coming here. It's a little overwhelming because I wanna choose so many different things. But I only chose two candies tonight and a candy for a baby girl too, which we share all the candy anyways. If you never stopped here, I recommend trying if you like candy and just wanna look around even just to see what all the different things they have. It was pretty busy today, they have a gas station and it is a pretty big parking lot so plenty of places to park. I'm so happy we stopped because this is one of the places I had on my list of things I wanted to do before we came home. I'm so happy I got my candies. I got chocolate covered gummy bears and sour apple ropes and this toilet lollipop candy for baby girl cause I know she likes those. I didn't want to get too much because I do have a candy problem. I stopped at Eddie's in Yermo while supercharging my car and was looking forward to getting ice cream. I arrived about a minute before the ice cream counter was scheduled to open at 10:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the employee didn't begin serving until about 10 minutes after the posted opening time. During that entire period, I was sitting nearby in clear view while he took his time doing prep work. When I politely asked him to let me know when he was ready to take orders, he responded by saying he had someone "before me," despite the fact that I had been waiting there the whole time. The delay itself was frustrating enough, but the lack of attentiveness and basic customer acknowledgment made the experience worse. When a business posts opening hours, customers reasonably expect service to begin at that time--or at least some courtesy if there's a delay. Disappointing experience overall, especially when all I was looking for was a simple, quick stop during a charging break. read more

this is the best place to stop if you're driving through they have a little bit for everything huge selection all sorts of discount food to go great munchies bathrooms are just OK. They could use some work but there's a Tesla charger and I think it's Electrify America as well so everything you need most of the stores entirely clean the bathrooms, though are a little cramped and not so great FYI. read more

The Bucky's of California being that it's the largest gas station in our state. Was packed when we got there which is understandable being that it's something cool to visit if you're in the middle of a long drive. Expensive candy bags. The "extra sour" belts had no sour what so ever. The "slaps" candy (Mexican candy) I bought, the plastic was so thin, it was impossible to get the candy off without the plastic wrap ripping off. Wasn't able to eat unless I picked tiny pieces without plastic stuck on it. The cheddar popcorn was AMAZING (probably the cheesiest popcorn I've ever had) but for the small amount you get, and the pricing - not sure if it's actually worth it. Yes it has clean bathrooms, but I promise you there's many stop along this route that have clean restrooms.. Overall an okay experience. read more

My original post was in 2018. Since then, I have made numerous road trips between Los Angeles and Las Vegas; and EddieWorld has been my spot for a "pit stop". They may have made some changes to the food concessionaires, but my general comments from 2018 remain the same. The only notable change since 2018 that I did not notice is: When EddieWorld first opened, the fuel pumps and store were open 24-hours. While the fuel pumps still operate 24-hours, the store (and the restrooms) are closed between midnight and 6:00am. read more

Honestly, except for the cashiers but check you out when you're getting Candy and the beautiful light skin girl with the two braids that I unfortunately didn't get the name of, but couldn't be any more than 19 years old. All of the customer service is honestly absolutely terrible especially the girl Serenity working at the ice cream area who after five minutes of standing there continued on her conversation, and when the other girl that I had mentioned earlier, kept trying to cut serenity off so that she could do her job. Serenity then proceeded to scare me and give me very dirty. Looks like I had interrupted her conversation and offended her. Somehow I then proceeded to say I'm sorry. Is there a problem after she rolled her eyes at me and she said she could serve you now and I said oh I was waiting for you to finish your conversation that was more important she then continue to just stare at me with a dirty look and be very judgmental while there was literally a line of other people instead of helping the other customers, another employee walked up, looked to be clocking out, and then Serenity, instead of again, helping the customers that were forming, went and started speaking to her and was not very quiet about speaking of the situation that had just happened with me. She clearly needs to be retrained and customer service and obviously had to do her job or she should try a different job where she doesn't have to deal with people if she wants to talk to her friends all day and then be rude to Customers for interrupting her conversations at work But as I said before, if it weren't for the girl that was beautiful with the two braids and the customer service from the people that cash you out I probably would never come here again I will say that the people working in the food area that did the pizzas we're very standard service however I didn't like the comment or the manager said oh tell her we're closing in 15 minutes so she has to hurry and the cashier gave me an apologetic look But the pizza was really good and worth the waiting time but I do truly help that Serenity get some retraining. I've dropped by Eddie's World a few times while roadtripping to Vegas from SoCal, but hadn't had a chance to write a review. My last visit in July was the most positive and I went a little overboard with buying snacks, drinks and ice cream when I was there. Ice cream was definitely a must. I was very impressed with their flavors. I got the orange creamsicle (something very Flinstone pushpop-esque) and my +1 picked their peanut brittle. For candies and drinks, they have a ridiculously large assortment which would accommadate any craving. The price though a a little higher than average, but what do you expect if you are located in the middle of the desert? The location is very clean and is a nice rest stop. I would recommend roadtrippers on dropping by. The place was pretty packed and there was lines for the restrooms, hot foods, checkout and ice cream when I was there. read more

As California's largest gas station, EddieWorld was truly an experience! The space itself and variety of items sold were both massive, and it really reminded me of Buc-ee's. They had a huge assortment of food, ice cream, popcorn, candy, dried fruit, a jerky kiosk, and a Peet's Coffee shop. Additionally, they also sold a ton of stuffed animals, figurines, and other toys. The bathrooms were impressively clean. They also had a corner of the space dedicated to the LA Lakers, where they had a piece of the original basketball court on the wall. The Brisket Beef Jerky we bought from Jedediah's Jerky was the best beef jerky I've had in my life. It was so much softer than normal and exceptionally flavorful. The staff member was also very friendly and happily gave us free samples. I also bought a bag of Jalapeño Dried Mango, out of curiosity, and it nearly killed me. I had one piece and the spice level was so insane, I had heartburn for the rest of the day. But that was my own poor decision-making, not a reflection on EddieWorld. Stopped at EddieWorld while on my way to Vegas. Definitely recommend but beware the wait times to receive your food are pretty long. Waited about 30 minutes to receive my Brisket Bbq Sandwich and Eddie Jr Burger w/ Fries. We were starving so we were kind of annoyed but after tasting the food it was delicious and worth the wait. They never have chocolate ice cream for malts. I have been there at least 5 times and they haven't had chocolate. And today it was no chocolate and then when I decided on a different flavor, it was "the person I took over from took one of the machine parts home with her". What in the beef jerky?? This place is a lovely stop along route to Las Vegas. It has all of the fun little souvenirs and tchotchkes and exotic snacks that you can ask for. Really enjoyed the display of pluses as well. Food court area was all right... I got the turkey sandwich, but it was a little dry. My friend got a floppy margarita pizza. Overall, better food than a gas station, but probably not as good as a fast food joint? Last thing... Buyer beware that the beef jerky is incredibly expensive! They don't advertise how much it cost per pound unless you look very very closely at the prepackaged small exotic jerky. Buying 1 pound will set you back $119, as of July 2025. It's pretty good quality and they allow you to have as many samples as you want... But it's hard when 1 pound of beef jerky is worth the cost of one nights hotel stay in Vegas read more

Eddie's World is tucked in right around the half way point during our drive from Southern California to Vegas. It was convenient because I need to charge my EV. There are charging stations for EVs, Tesla superchargers, and a huge gas station. I love the fact that you can shop around the huge store they have inside. They have a bit of everything - ice cream, drinks, snacks, toys, and made to order food stands. They have all kinds of Eddie's World snacks, however I wish they had more Regular chocolates and candies like Hersheys and Skittles.
