This place has it all for being in a suburban downtown.I have walked in on a weekday and weekends this place fairly is packed and happening. Ambiance: This place gets louder close to the bar but it's better to sit on the tables next to entrance if you plan to come here for dinner with people you might like to talk. The crowd is a mix of all ages. The place has a contemporary feeler to it.No fancy frills attached. Service: I have been here a few times and every time the service has been quick, friendly and accommodating. The bartenders are friendly and helpful even on the busiest nights. The ordered food comes out fast. Food: Overall I would say the food has good flavors.I have had calamari here which was fantastic, perfectly cooked which for me is little juicy and not rubbery served with delish aioli. For main course I have had pan seared salmon which was unbelievably good.Great burst of flavors without too much spices great dish. Also it's no strong smell to it.The Caesar salad is pretty basic here nothing to write about. Overall it's a good place to stop for drinks or and dinner.Pricing is fairly reasonable definitely no on the lower side.I do see myself coming here pretty often.

If you're ever in Milton, put this on your list! I never expected this sort of joint to be in a place like Milton, but damn! They really outdid themselves on this one. The decor is fabulous and unique. The giant booths remind me of giant Moscow mule cups. The sports Bros at the bar were loud but not unexpected, I guess. The food was magnificent. Flavourful. And truly worth it. A meal like this could run you about $100 elsewhere, but it didn't sink a hole in my wallet. The salad was well dressed, fresh and light. The penne Alla vodka blew my mind. The bacon bits really made it delicious. And the calamari was exquisitely sliced and breaded. It was tender and seasoned well by itself.

The cheeseburger is really greasy, but it's SOO good if you want to treat yourself. They have the right amount of cheese! The nachos are also huge and have a lot of toppings The service was good, the cocktails were tasty. The only thing that was kind of random was that my male friend, who was wearing a tank top was not allowed in. He had to go home and change b/c he was wearing a tank top. It was a nice top, not a wife beater or beach tank top that has extra big arm holes and half his body is showing. Fortunately he lived close by so he could change.

An amazing lunch at EddieO's patio! It was worth the drive from Toronto!!! Had beautiful, tasty salad with fresh ingredients and exquisite presentation. Must try the blue snowflake martini ...lunch time, but I had to have a second. The patio itself is gorgeous; you forget you are on the main street. They are also to be commended for their Covid accommodations; very well organized! Friendly and welcoming staff. I will be back, for sure!

One of the better non-chain restaurant bars in Milton! It's especially nice when the weather is warmer when you have the patio option and a drink in hand! The inside looks like a casual sports bar with screens around and booths. They have many comfort food options such as sandwiches, salads, pub food like burgers etc. Their food is good and they have several drink options too. Prices are comparable to other pubs and resto bars. It's always busy so parking isn't always easy to find here but that's the one downside.

Tapas platter - we selected the sliders, wings, pierogies, and shrimp.

Review is solely from having tapas on Tapas Tuesday! This was a great little halfway point between a friend and I. Great space that isn't overwhelming with decor, really great service, and a patio that I wish was open because the wooden structure made it seem pretty neat! Albeit, the tapas on Tuesday were at excellent prices. We went for the platter between two and enjoyed the sliders the most. Everything else was mediocre and probably would have tasted better warmer... it might have been sitting out too long and had lost some of the heat that would have lent itself to the cheese on the pierogies, the wings sauces, and the shrimp texture. Flavours could have been stronger. We ended it with the brownie sundae from their extremely affordable dessert list of simple pickmeups! An excellent few local drafts on tap, and a cider that I can't remember the name of but loved; a fruity over hoppy balance. Servers knew the tastes well. I'll probably come back to try the mains - they looked great! But Tuesdays are great for a night out or a post-work hang. :)

Great experience usually. Food and drink choices are pub style with a bit more unique choices.

We stopped by this location on our way back from a day trip and had a really positive experience. I…read morecalled ahead of time to ask some questions and the person who answered was very friendly and accommodating. They said they would wait for us to arrive around 7pm even though that is when they close. The Service: The service was exceptional. I think the man working there was the owner because he went above and beyond to accommodate us. I have many food allergies and he let me sub out ingredients to create the perfect meal for myself and he was extremely patient as he answered all of my questions after hours. The Food: We ordered the number 2 and 5 and the employee threw in a sample of the Thai soup for us to try. Thai Soup: The Thai soup was fantastic! It was thick, had a kick of lemon that I love and tasted delicious. We loved it so much we wish we had bought two bowls to go with our meals. #2 Bowl; My boyfriend ordered this dish as is and added tofu as his protein. It came with a peanut dressing, which he said was fantastic. The portion he received was really big and it filled him up. #5 Bowl: This bowl was a Mexican inspired bowl. I subbed out the cheese, and pita chips for more guacamole and edamame. The portion of my bowl was a little smaller than my boyfriends dish but the food was really good. It was really filling and I loved how they could accommodate my diet. Next time I might try a tangier dressing than the ranch this dish came with because I love a kick of lemon or lime juice with my meals. Would We Go Back? Absolutely !

The person who served me was very rude and unprofessional. They were cleaning in the back and I…read morehad to wait a while to be served. After taking the order she proceeded to handle my food. She did not change the one glove she was wearing when she was in the back nor decided to put another glove on before handling the food with her other bare hand. This is not the first time this has happened at the Heartland location. (and she was told this the previous time). When she was addressed about how she was handling the food, she proceed to ask me if I ever went to McDonalds, I told her it doesn't matter I am in The Chopped Leaf. When asked for the mangers name and her name she said she was the manager and her name is Noor. If this how Customer Service is at this location I will not be going back as they do not follow protocol in handling food, nor do they have Customer service skills.
