We agreed to the treatment ONLY based on the price they provided and paid the initial amount as directed. At the second appointment, we were told the price had gone up significantly due to their own mistake and now they expect us to pay for it. That is not how ethical healthcare works. When we disputed the charge, instead of resolving it professionally, we were bombarded with text messages, sent bills by mail, and threatened with collections. I specifically asked to speak with the doctor so she would know how badly her front office is mishandling patient finances. The office manager refused. That alone speaks volumes. Either the doctor is completely disconnected from her staff, or she allows this behavior. Either way, it's concerning--especially for a pediatric dental office where trust matters. I would not recommend this office to any family.

If patients are required to sign in, it is reasonable to expect that the sign-in sheet is actively reviewed. Otherwise, the purpose of having patients sign in is unclear. My daughter even told me that one of the receptionist with blond hair acknowledged her when she waved hello and signed in her name so I don't understand why the other receptionist twisted things around saying they didn't know my daughter was there for her appointment and requested us to reschedule to another day. I took time off work and pulled my daughter out of school early for this appointment, only for our time to be wasted and the blame shifted onto a minor who had properly checked in. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. We will not be returning.

She answered all my questions. Helped me navigate my son's busy schedule and the dentist available times. She was so patient. She told me Vickie would be calling to help me verify the insurance. Do not recommend !! We had a great experience when it came to routine cleanings. However, my son…read morehad a cavity that clearly needed dental work. They provided paperwork for his primary care physician to complete which we did and submitted in February. After that, they never got to working the cavity. I called consistently and was told I needed to speak with the "sedation" department which I would call and never once was able to get a hold of someone. Constantly left voicemails that were to be returned in "24 hours" which never once did. I even did a concern about the matter on the website and again nothing ever came out of it.... I had to move my children to the Children's Dental FunZone which thankfully handled the matter immediately. Don't send your children here.
