She explains everything so thorough and we couldn't be more grateful for her and her assistant Tina who were just so caring. I truly appreciate this office for everything they've done for my son. Unfortunately, Dr. Shiflett completely ruined our experience with this practice. Her attitude is condescending and lacks empathy. Rather than proactively treating my son's tooth or explaining our options, she advised waiting until he was in pain and showing signs of infection just to clear it with insurance. Dr. De Guzman handled a similar issue right away, proving this was completely unnecessary. We will not be returning. It's disappointing to leave Dr. De Guzman, but Dr. Shiflett's dismissive demeanor and poor patient care are unacceptable.

They were able to fit us in Tuesday, the very next morning. Dr. Ramirez, Lulu and Vanessa were outstanding. They were all so kind to my daughter and making sure she was comfortable. The office manager went over all the paperwork and how much everything would cost. Everything was so efficient. Rooms were so clean and noise level was quiet and calm.
